  Braddock Road Kindercare was a great place for our children. The facility is nice, clean, and very safe for the kids. The staff are SO incredibly friendly and warm, they made our kids feel at home, especially our littliest who had not been to childcare until she started here. We ran into a childcare fallthrough emergency, and Kindercare was able to immediatley work to get our children into their pre-school room and infant care room. They have always been incredibly helpful and flexible with us. Communication has been great, and they accodated our kid's needs very well. My wife and I were very happy with the time our children spent at the Braddock Road Kindercare, they really prioritize the children and do their absolute best to work with and for the families.

  As a military family, moving frequently means we’re often starting from scratch when it comes to finding trustworthy childcare. It’s one of the most stressful parts of relocating—until we found Braddock Road KinderCare. I can honestly say this center has been an absolute gift to our family. From the start, we’ve felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The director, Susie, is amazing—she’s engaged, responsive, and really listens to families. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns (which has been rare), she’s communicated clearly and compassionately, and always worked with us to find the best path forward. She truly leads by example. Belkys (and Nancy, before she transferred) has also been incredible—warm, professional, and clearly invested in the well-being of every child. The teachers are phenomenal—Nisha, Uregi, Rose, Taliah, Anita, Melanie, and Shagofa have all played key roles in our kids’ lives. They create classrooms that are safe, fun, and full of learning, and it’s clear how much they care about each child as an individual. They’ve even reached out when our kids were sick or recovering from surgery, which was so touching and thoughtful. Even staff who haven’t directly taught our children are kind, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s such a warm, caring environment all around. I recommend this center to everyone looking for childcare. Our kids are happy, thriving, and well cared for—and as a parent, there’s nothing more valuable. This place is truly something special.

  I have 2 kids at this center (pre-k and school age). The staff is wonderful and you can really tell how much they love all their students. I really enjoy the updates we get throughout the day via their app. It makes me smile during a sometimes hectic workday. My little one has learned to read and write in the past year. She is more than ready for kindergarten.

  Our family has been at Kindercare since 2014 through one change in management, but I have only good things to say about this facility. Management is on point and you can tell that they genuinely care about the kids. We have cycled through many teachers as my kids have grown and have had a great experience with all of them. Our first day, I took my apprehensive 5 year old into a room where Miss Jessie grabbed his hand and "ice-skated" over to some toys with him. His first day jitters quickly faded after that especially after meeting Miss Sharita. Transitioning from an in-home day care to Kindercare was one of the best decisions we ever made for him. On the same day, dropping my 4 month old off in the baby room, Miss Ramona eased all my fears. She has a way about her that makes you confident your infant is in good hands. Miss Livia is the KC chef and was our go to when my toddler didn't want to leave my side during drop off. Once Miss Livia entered the room, he forgot I was even there! So much time saved during drop off because of her. Miss Uzma and Miss Jana are our current teachers for my 3 year old and not only are they great moms themselves, they know how to handle a room of 10+ kids like champs. At such an impressionable stage, these 2 are showing the children how to treat others with respect and how to behave like good citizens. Ilka and Kelly have hired a great team and these ladies are just a few of the reasons we love Kindercare.

  My husband (who isn't as picky as I am about childcare facilities) toured this KinderCare on Braddock and vowed to never send our kids there. He got a very bad vibe from the faculty and facility and felt very uneasy after his tour. He said the staff was not attending to children in a caring manner & that staff clearly didn't like their jobs. (Note: they hired a new director since then, but we'd still never send our kids here because the facilities were dingy, cramped, and not friendly). The facility is mediocre at best. The kids didn't seem that happy to be there. He said it felt like a money-making operation more than a childcare facility.
