  Highly recommend! When we were searching for a daycare that was a fit for our toddler, I contacted many daycares. From the first phone call, the management team (Ms. Victoria & Ms. Alma) was prompt in answering the phone, flexible with scheduling a tour, and professional in all communications. A previous daycare experience guided our family in what we knew we did and did not want. Ms. Alma listened diligently to our concerns and expectations, responding with compassion and confidence that this daycare would be a great fit. Once our child began attending, the team (management and teachers) was flexible and supportive of the transition plan we thought best suited our child. Our kid quickly meshed with the new program because the teachers are genuinely loving and cater to the kids wants and needs. The program is also very well managed with a multitude of activities daily, keeping the kids engaged and always learning. Another perk is the in-house chef who provides a wide rotation of nutritional meals that has resulted in our child being willing to try lots of new foods. We also appreciate the app and the frequency with which it’s updated. The videos and photos received throughout the day provide a great insight into the day and it makes me smile to see my child interacting and learning with her peers. Our child loves going to school now and we have Ms. Victoria, Ms. Alma, Ms. Jyoti and Ms. Olivia to thank. Their dedication to providing a top-notch daycare experience is unmatched!

  Parents proceed with caution! #1) The cost is outrageous with $100/yr increases in tuition. #2) Our daughter attended there for about 18 months. When I would pick her up she was often playing by herself in a corner, which concerned me. The teachers pushed us into beginning potty training right when she turned two even though she clearly wasn’t ready. I also had a teacher tell me the reason my daughter had speech delays was because I wasn’t talking to her. They knew nothing about working with premature or mildly special needs kids. After we switched daycares, we immediately noticed a difference in our daughter. She was social and actually happy to go to daycare. She was always playing with her peers when I would pick her up. The drastic differences in her behavior have us concerned as to what was going on at KinderCare. #3) The director at the time (don’t know if she still works there) liked to brag about her experience working at other “prestigious” daycares. Her attitude was terrible to deal with as a parent. I often wanted to remind her she works at KinderCare not Harvard and to get off her high horse. Ultimately though the proof is in the fact that to this day (years later) my daughter still professes how much she preferred her new daycare to KinderCare.

  Telegraph Road KinderCare has been an extension of our family for the past 3 years. Our two oldest children have attended, and we will enroll our youngest once she is old enough. All the teachers know all the children and are caring and warm. The administration, led by the wonderful Ms. Jasmine, makes the day fun for the children and worry-free for the families. They are very receptive to feedback and enjoy hearing from parents. The year-round calendar and flexible hours make it a great asset for working parents.
