  This facility is a complete failure and a betrayal of trust. They promised us a personalized behavioral plan to help my son, but they never followed through. Within days, they callously unenrolled him without explanation, leaving us in a panic. The communication was nonexistent, and their disregard for my child’s needs was astounding. This is a profoundly unprofessional establishment, and I urge every parent to keep their child far away from this establishment.

  Since the new manager stepped in, this center has completely transformed. The whole place feels cozy, welcoming, and fully replenished with new toys, art supplies, curriculum materials, and sensory bins. You can genuinely feel the difference — the teachers seem so much more at ease and happy, and my daughter is so excited to come every day and never wants to leave!! Communication has improved tremendously, and my child is consistently kept in her classroom with all her items at pickup. She comes home talking nonstop about what she learned, and every afternoon we have to stop so she can give Ms. Janae a hug before we leave. It’s sweet to see other kids running up for hugs and parents chatting with her too — it shows how loved and supported she is. The new leadership has truly amplified everything about this center. We couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

  The classroom my child is in is always cold, the kids are all shivering and have runny noses. One of the teachers wreaks of cigarette smoke, which is unsanitary and unhealthy - for children especially. Additionally, the admins are pretty sassy. I feel if you are going to ask for a high price, you shouldn’t be disrespectful to the parents and you need to demonstrate proper hygiene.

  This school is absolutely incredible! We’ve loved having both our daughters go here as we receive app updates of pictures, eating details, as well as sleep and potty updates. Our oldest always looks forward to “going to school” here, and she almost never has a bad day. We’ve also noticed our oldest’s language and learning skills take incredible steps since she’s been attending. Cannot emphasize and recommend this school enough!

  Most of the teachers are great but the administration is difficult to work with and lack basic knowledge on childcare regulations/integrity. I've encountered events where the Assistant Director (Amanda Lexington) and Stand-In Director (Michelle Baker) have gossiped about families, lied about events that took place, and violated state law ratio requirements on countless occasions. When confronted, tried to reprimand parents or make up excuses. Teachers have openly told parents the administration doesn't listen to them on their ongoing concerns or issues within the facility. Poor leadership starting with the new regional manager who did little to nothing once notified of issues.
