  We absolutely *LOVE* Kindercare Watauga! Our son has been going there since he was about 4 years old. He’s 9 now. They have had all our childcare needs covered for the entirety of his time there. He was very excited with the recent return of Ms. Katrina. She had been his teacher in the pre-school classroom but then took a hiatus. My son was so excited to see her when she came back. He’s not in class, but he does say hello to her and enjoys when he gets time with her. Ms. Sandy, Ms. Blanco, and Ms. Heather have been amazing with him in the school age classroom. Wrangling older children can definitely be tricky but they handle it admirably. Ms. Kayla is always a pleasant breath of fresh air. Always happy to see the kids and make meaningful relationships with them. Ms. Caryn is phenomenal. The ideas she comes up to keep the kids of all ages entertained and engaged is awesome! She’s also constantly looking for ways to improve the center. It’s been nice to see the center improved! Ms. Caryn and Ms. Kayla are also always ready to discuss any issues and will do whatever they can to resolve them. My family and I are extremely blessed to have found a childcare center like this one. I am happy that I know for sure my son is safe and taken care of when he’s there. I have no worries about whether or not he’s picked up or dropped off for school. Having a childcare team you can trust and have confidence in is a total game changer. To all the staff at Kindercare Watauga, thank you truly and sincerely!!!

  We've had our daughter at KinderCare in Watauga for 4 years, and we've been happy with it. The teachers in her room are patient and clearly know her as an individual. We get real updates at pickup, not just "good day," and the photo updates through the app during the day are reassuring when you're stuck at work. She's always having a good time or learning. The classrooms are clean and the daily routine is consistent, which has made a difference. Our daughter has picked up counting and her alphabet noticeably faster since starting here. She's very social and able to make fast friends due to her time spent here. Front desk and admin have been responsive whenever we've had a question. If you're looking at daycare options in the Watauga area, this one's worth a tour.

  We have absolutely loved our experience at this preschool! Our son has flourished in the care of the amazing teachers, Heather, GG, and Blanca. They create such a fun, nurturing environment where learning happens through hands-on activities and play. Every week brings something new and exciting. Right now the class is learning all about weather with an interactive weather station and reading Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. They’re also working on tracing and writing their names, and it’s been so fun watching our son grow in both his confidence and his skills. The special activities make every week memorable too. From glitter tattoos, hair tinsel, cotton candy, and bubble machines to their weekly Splash Day, the kids are constantly making happy memories while learning. We also appreciate how welcoming the entire staff is. Caryn, Kayla, Mia, and Koda always greet families with kindness, and Koda does such a wonderful job keeping the children well-fed and cared for. It truly feels like everyone knows and loves the kids. It’s such a comforting feeling to know our son is somewhere he is safe, encouraged, and genuinely excited to go each day. We are incredibly thankful for this wonderful preschool and the caring team that pours so much love into every child. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their child can learn, grow, and have fun!

  we tell everyone we meet about how much we LOVE watauga kindercare! my boys are in the infant, preschool, and school age class. ms joe is like everyone’s adopted grandma, my sweet boy practically forgets i exist when he sees her. the evening teaches ms alisha and ms andrea are also so loving and kind to him. alisha cracks me up. the preschool teachers ms gg and ms heather always have a super cool activity going that makes me want to stay and participate too. i love hearing about how their dramatic play center is a weather station right now. the school age teachers ms blanca ms sandy and ms katrina keep my son so entertained i don’t know how they do it, i know more than i ever thought i would about reptiles now because of them! not to mention the ladies in the office! ms kayla makes me feel like i’m always seeing an old friend, ms mia is the sweetest person i’ve ever met, and ms caryn always has a big smile and hug for everyone with fun music playing! thank you thank you THANK YOU kindercare!

  I can’t say enough good things about Kindercare Watauga! Initially, we chose this daycare because we had such a wonderful experience with Mrs Caryn as the director at a different location and we knew we could trust her with our kids. Our experience at this location has been nothing but positive. My 3 year old loves her teachers, Ms Gigi and Ms Heather, and thrives on the schedule they create. Her class is always engaged in purposeful play and age-appropriate educational activities and she is constantly coming home telling us about new things the learned that day. They have also been so mindful of my daughter’s multiple food allergies, taking precautions in the classroom and going above and beyond to always make her feel included. My 10 month old is also thriving in the infant classroom. He practically leaps into Ms Jo’s arms every morning and Ms Alesha and Ms Bree are always so kind and I can tell my baby is well-cared for under their watch. I love that management is always visible and present. Mrs Caryn or Ms. Kayla are always at the front for drop-off and pick-up and available for any questions. They greet my kids with a smile every morning and truly do such a wonderful job of creating a welcoming environment. We are so glad we chose to send our kids to this daycare!
