Our experience at Primrose started out amazing—but unfortunately, it took a serious turn for the worse. When my daughter first started in the infant room at 6 months old, we had incredible teachers: Mrs. Kay, Mrs. Karmen, and Mrs. Krisztina. They communicated consistently, kept us informed about everything from feeding to naps, and truly cared for our child. We felt completely at ease. However, once Mrs. Kay and Mrs. Karmen left to other classrooms, everything changed. While Mrs. Krisztina did her best, it became very clear there was a lack of support and not enough staff to properly care for the number of babies. Communication became almost nonexistent, and that is simply unacceptable when it comes to infant care. One day, my daughter—who was recovering from a cold and teething—went the entire day without taking a single bottle or eating any solid food. We were not informed at all. We only found out at pickup at 5:30pm, after our pediatrician’s office had already closed. That is extremely concerning and should have been communicated immediately. On another occasion, I received a message AFTER drop-off saying my daughter had no more diapers. This should have been addressed the day before or at drop-off. While we arranged to bring more, in that time she had a bowel movement and was put down for a nap in a dirty diaper. That is completely unacceptable. The final incident that led us to withdraw was incredibly upsetting. I arrived for pickup and saw my 10-month-old sitting in a floor bouncer she is far too big for, crying and clearly distressed, with no teacher attending to her. It wasn’t until I walked into the room that anyone responded. When I picked her up, her pants were wet. I was told it was milk—but it was very clearly not. It was from a dirty diaper. The lack of communication, poor supervision, and overall care we experienced is deeply disappointing. Staff turnover is extremely high, and there are consistently not enough teachers in the classroom. On multiple occasions, even the chef was pulled in to act as a teacher, which speaks volumes about the staffing issues. As working parents, we trusted this school with our child’s care and well-being, and that trust was broken. We were repeatedly told things would improve, but no real changes were ever made. I cannot recommend this location based on our experience.

Where do I even start!? This school is absolutely one of the best to ever do it! The administrative team and classroom advisors are amazing. Lots of fun days and events throughout the year. Super communicative. Beyond this, the highly acclaimed 🙌🏾 Ms. Vicki makes the best homemade and nutritious snacks and meals - especially the yummy “from scratch” Chocolate Chip cookies EVERY FRIDAY. Cookie Fridays keep us all motivated! Our sweet girl is most definitely receiving top tier care and quality learning each day she steps into the building. Thank you, Primrose for all that you do for these little humans. The Johnson Family

I debated for a while whether I was going to post this review or not, but I feel like I have to. We removed our daughter after several issues throughout our year there. There was a major issue with bottles being swapped, but that wasn’t my biggest issue. We removed her after my daughter was bit 10 times within a 6 week period and nothing was done. One day she was bit 4 times in a day, but only one was reported. They assured us that they were “talking with the other parents” but either they lied, or the other parents didn’t care because nothing changed. After several weeks of this, we had enough. When asked if they would waive the 2 week payment requirement, they said that they would only waive it for incidents or family emergencies. Honestly, I think being bitten 10 times in 6 weeks constitutes an incident but oh well. We paid it anyways and got her out of there.

Everybody is so helpful with my daughter. I have loved each of her teachers. There's no doubt that toddlers go through behavioral changes and the staff here truly care about trying to work together at home and at school to get them back on track. She just became apart of a room with the Primrose uniforms and they are TOO CUTE!

My daughter has been here for over six months, and she absolutely loves it! The transformation in her has been incredible — from shy and timid to confident and expressive. We couldn’t be happier with her growth. The supervisors, front desk staff, and teachers are truly amazing — caring, professional, and dedicated. We’re so grateful for this wonderful school and everything they’ve done for our daughter!
