  I’m so grateful for the warm welcome my daughter received when she returned to Primrose. She is in the Pre-K program and briefly attended another school, and that experience made me realize just how special the environment at Primrose truly is. Bringing her back was without a doubt the best decision for her. Ms. Christina, the director, has been especially wonderful. She is patient, compassionate, and understanding, and it’s clear that she takes her role and the well-being of the children very seriously. My daughter is genuinely happy to be back, and seeing her thrive means so much to me. Her teachers have been wonderful as well, treating her with kindness and taking the time to understand her as an individual. My one-year-old also attends Primrose, and we’ve had an equally positive experience with her teachers and the care she receives. Knowing both of my girls are in such good hands gives me tremendous peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to families looking for a nurturing environment where children are valued as individuals and given the opportunity to thrive. I’m incredibly thankful for Ms. Christina and the entire team, and I couldn’t be happier that my daughter is back where she belongs. ❤️

  I want to give a BIG shoutout to the entire EP2 staff, and especially to Ms. Liz and Ms. Darrean! ❤️ From the very first day, Ms. Liz has been so attentive, patient, and nurturing with my son. She has been there for him not only during morning drop-offs, but throughout the day as well. He has never attended daycare before, so this has been a completely new transition for him, and seeing the patience, kindness, and care she shows him throughout the day has meant so much to us as parents. His main teacher, Ms. Darrean, has also been absolutely wonderful. Since she spends most of the day with my son, we truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and nurturing care she gives him. She has been so intentional about helping him adjust to this new environment and transition into daycare. She understands that everything is new for him and has been patient with him as he learns the classroom routines, gets comfortable with his surroundings, and becomes familiar with the other children and teachers. My son has been struggling a little with nap time, and Ms. Darrean has been so understanding and supportive during this process. She never makes him feel rushed or pressured and instead gives him the comfort and time he needs to adjust at his own pace. She has also been amazing about communicating with me through the app and during pickup, keeping me informed about how he is doing throughout the day. Knowing that he has a teacher who is not only caring but genuinely takes the time to understand him and help him feel safe has given us so much peace of mind. The communication overall has been amazing! I receive constant and much-needed updates about how his day is going and how his day went, which honestly always makes my day. ❤️ Seeing the pictures of him throughout the day is another thing I really appreciate because it gives us a little glimpse into his day and helps us feel connected while we’re away from him. I have had no issues with communication at all. The front office staff, including Ms. Elsa, have also been so friendly and responsive whenever we have questions or concerns. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful. As first-time daycare parents, my husband and I put a lot of thought into our options. Our biggest priority was finding a place where our son would feel safe, cared for, nurtured, and loved, while also having open and consistent communication with us. From the moment we walked through the doors, the entire staff has been friendly and welcoming. You could immediately tell that the environment was positive and that the staff genuinely care about what they do—and that says a lot. We truly could not recommend this daycare enough! If you are looking for a place where your child will be nurtured, cared for, supported, and treated with patience and kindness, this is the place. We are so grateful for Ms. Liz, Ms. Darrean, Ms. Elsa, the front office staff, and the entire EP2 staff for making this new transition such a positive experience for our family. ❤️

  I absolutely love this school! I stopped by around nap time so I could have a meeting with the director. When I got there I went to go to the bathroom. I could hear a little one crying down the hall and when I looked I could see one of the administration team sitting in the hall cuddling a little one who was crying. It was clear they wanted their mom and was having a hard time. She just sat there cuddling and comforting them the entire time I was there. It’s that extra loving touch that makes me feel like my child is in the best place she can be when I’m at work. I toured several places and this was the only one where I could tell they truly love the children they care for! Please please bring your child here! My daughter has learned so much and loves every day she gets to go to school here!

  Excellent school. Brought my son in when he was just over two. Now is just over three and has come a long way with speech, fine motor skills, and more. The staff works great with my son and helps him learn.

  We have had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Tomball. The staff is welcoming, caring, and creates a positive environment for the children. Since enrolling, my child has shown noticeable improvement both academically and socially. She has become more engaged, confident, and interactive with her teachers and peers. The teachers genuinely care about the children's development and keep parents informed about their progress. We appreciate the support, encouragement, and guidance they provide. It is reassuring to know our child is in a safe, nurturing environment where she can learn, grow, and thrive. We highly recommend this daycare to other families.
