- AHAmanda HooverMar 26, 20265.0My son was with Primrose for a little over a year. I cannot recommend this daycare enough. They truly care, the teachers come and go but they were all loving to my son. They truly hire caring staff. They give a lot of updates and listen when you have an issue. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had severe anxiety to take my son to daycare but he absolutely loved it here. From infant to toddler, this pace is great!

I pulled my son from this daycare because after being there a little over a month there was an incident, and he was injured so badly that he had to get surgery. What is more concerning is that I kept getting conflicting information on how the incident occurred. The staff give printouts on a senate bill the will inform you of the right to view any footage with your child in it in the event of any incidents occurring, but they don't have cameras in any of the rooms where these incidents are most likely to occur which I find to be extremely concerning. The only cameras are outside the classrooms.

The teachers & staff are absolutely phenomenal, extremely loving to the kiddos and passionate about building a solid base- setting them up for the rest of their lives. They decorate the building for the holidays throughout the year- which we love, and it makes the kiddos happy. We’ve lived in all over the country, attending different schools and Primrose of Temple is hands down the best school we’ve ever been to.
