My son was with Primrose for a little over a year. I cannot recommend this daycare enough. They truly care, the teachers come and go but they were all loving to my son. They truly hire caring staff. They give a lot of updates and listen when you have an issue. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had severe anxiety to take my son to daycare but he absolutely loved it here. From infant to toddler, this pace is great!

My daughter has been going to Primrose Temple 2.5 years now and LOVES it! The staff is amazing and always go above and beyond. The curriculum is great and we couldn’t be happier. We will be starting our son here next month and I’m so relieved to have a place that I feel comfortable leaving my babies when I can’t be with them.

We LOVE our Primrose! As new parents, we were both terrified to send our at the time three month-old son to a daycare and I had so much new mama guilt about it. As a doctor, and someone in the military, I feel like my standard of care I was looking for was just too picky for most daycares...but not the primrose! They had everything I was looking for: a warm, comfortable environment, kind and knowledgable staff that you can tell actually love being with the kiddos, an environment with just enough order and structure but not stifling a child's creativity or joy, well-secured building, and TONS of transparency/communication with parents (there is an app that is updated throughout the day about feeds, toileting, things learned, milestones, and pictures/videos are sent to parents whenever possible too). They also do a great job having fun with the children on holidays/special events. My husband I had a hard time finding a daycare that was very conscientious of our child's needs, but also not overly stuffy/strange (i.e. we looked at another daycare in Temple that didn't allow kids to eat a baked good on their birthday, or have "anything imaginary including cartoons" on their clothes). And then we found the Primrose! :) Overall, if you're looking for a great option I highly recommend this facility.

My daughters have attended Primrose school of Temple for almost 2 years. My oldest daughter attended the Pre-K program and is now beyond kindergarten ready. She is now in the Explorer summer program and has had the opportunity to go on many field trips. My youngest daughter started in the infant classroom and has now moved up to the toddler program. She is thriving and reaching all her milestones, especially with communication. We have seen many staff changes since starting at Primrose, but the owner has had great communication with me and my husband throughout our entire time. Any issue we have had she has always addressed promptly and professionally. We love the current director Mrs. Bartlett and I know my girls are safe, loved and cared for every day.
