  Moving to a new area meant leaving behind a daycare that we absolutely loved, so we were nervous about starting over. Thankfully, Primrose has made the transition so much easier for our family. They blew us away from the moment we walked in with their warm greeting and clear emphasis on taking care of their families. It’s clear the teachers and staff genuinely care about the kids, and both of our children are happy, learning, and excited to go to school each day. Knowing our kids are safe, loved, and well cared for gives us so much peace of mind. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful school and couldn’t recommend Primrose School of Sugar Land enough!

  We’ve absolutely loved our time at Primrose! We’ve been here for about 10 months, and it’s been such a wonderful experience for our family. It’s been amazing to see how much our kids have learned and grown during their time here. We really appreciate the daily updates and check-ins that keep us connected to what they’re learning and where they are in the curriculum. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and look forward to many more years at Primrose!

  Probably one of the best Primrose schools. Parents know it, too, so it does fill out. But the staff & teachers have managed it incredibly well. Nothing but positive things to say so far. I'm a bit prone to attachment as is, maybe you're loyal in the same way. But I really like the staff here. Thank you!

  We tried several different daycare schools in the area—including Kids 'R' Kids, The Learning Experience, and a few others—but Primrose is hands down the best one. The difference we’ve seen in our daughter’s development is incredible. Her understanding of numbers and letters has improved so much compared to where she was before. I truly love this school and highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for real academic and personal growth for their child!

Over the course of 18 months, this facility and its extraordinary staff became nothing short of an extension of our family. The level of care here is not just professional - it is personal. Every teacher, every administrator, every face in that building greets your child as if they are their own. Ms. Litsa, Ms. Ellen, Ms. Gloria, Ms. Sara, Ms. Kayla, Ms. Sheila, and Ms. Van each poured genuine love into Eli's daily experience in ways that simply cannot be manufactured. You could see it in how he lit up each morning walking through the door. The facility itself is beautifully maintained - consistently clean, organized, and welcoming. The recent renovations and fresh paint throughout give the space a bright, warm energy that feels both professional and inviting. It is clear that the leadership at Primrose takes pride not only in the people they hire but in the environment they create. And speaking of leadership, Director Ms. Yvonne sets the tone for everything. Communicative, compassionate, and deeply invested in the families she serves, she told us personally that she intended to soak up every remaining moment with Eli before his transition and she meant it. That kind of sincerity does not come from a policy manual. It comes from genuine character, and it permeates every corner of this school. When the time came for Eli to move on to be with his older brother at a new school, Primrose made even that bittersweet chapter feel graceful. They celebrated the journey, held space for the emotion of it, and made clear that our family would always be welcome back for school-out days. We will absolutely take them up on that.
