  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose Greatwood! As first-time parents, choosing a daycare was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. Leaving your child in someone else’s care for the first time comes with so many emotions and so much uncertainty, and it took time for us to feel truly comfortable and confident in choosing a place for him. When we toured with Jessica, we felt the love and comfort that the school exudes. We felt cared for and reassured just by small conversations with some of the teachers and staff that day. Now, when we drop our son off each morning, we have complete peace of mind knowing that he is safe, cared for, loved, and surrounded by people who genuinely know and care about him. That peace of mind is something we will never take for granted, and it means so much to us as parents. From the very first day, every staff member and teacher has been so warm, welcoming, and kind. One of the things that stood out to us immediately was how the teachers and staff greeted our son by name from day one — it made us feel like he was truly known and cared for right from the start. The environment is incredibly warm, welcoming, and clean, and you can tell this is so much more than just a daycare. It truly feels like a community. Our son looks forward to going to school every day and absolutely loves seeing and socializing with all of his little buddies. As parents, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is happy, loved, and excited to go to school. A special thank you to Ms. Irene, Ms. Brittany, Ms. Faith, Ms. Lacy, Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Wafa, Ms. Kae, and Ms. Mabel for everything you do for our son! We are so grateful for the love, patience, and care you show him every day. He has grown so much since starting here, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people helping care for him and being part of his early years. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will feel welcomed, cared for, and truly part of a community! ❤️

  We love Primrose school of Greatwood! The staff are amazing and the facilities are top notch. We are so glad we enrolled my son and our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.

  Couldn't be happier with Primrose of Greatwood! I had to relocate to Sugar Land for work and it was extremely heartbreaking leaving my daughters prior school. I was so scared that I wouldn't find another place that gave so much love like her old school -- Until Primrose! Any concern I've ever had was put at ease by staff. The front plus Ms. T, Ms. Journi, and Ms. Kae have been so, so loving to my daughter. She is so happy to see them and they are extremely friendly. I don't feel like 'just a parent'. The curriculum is great, the patience teachers have is amazing, and the front is on top of everything. If you're a worrier like me, value great education, and want a loving school, then Primrose at Greatwood is a great place to call home.

  As working professionals, we appreciate the weekly email updates, newsletters, text message communication platform as well as signage throughout the school. We always feel informed. Every day we are met with a great smile and engaging conversation. We believe the teachers have genuine concern and interest in the well-being and education of our son. Primrose has assisted us in raising a well-educated and happy child. We are extremely pleased with our Primrose education and experience and we strongly recommend Primrose for all interested and invested parents.
