I normally don't write reviews for places I haven't personally used, but I felt compelled to share this experience.
Today I spoke with Ms. McKenzie at Primrose, and something she said truly touched my heart. While discussing children with autism and other special needs, she told me, "We see a child." She explained that every child deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, and be included, regardless of their diagnosis, medical needs, or behavioral challenges.
As a parent of a child with special needs, those words meant more than I can express. So often, children are viewed through the lens of a diagnosis, but Ms. McKenzie reminded me that they are children first—kids who simply may need extra support, understanding, and patience.
Although I was unable to enroll my child because the program is currently full, I wanted to recognize the kindness, compassion, and inclusive mindset that Ms. McKenzie showed during our conversation. The belief that every child deserves a chance and should be seen for who they are is something that will stay with me for a very long time.
Thank you, Ms. McKenzie and Primrose, for creating a culture that sees beyond labels and recognizes the value and potential in every child.

Love Primrose Hidden Lakes. 2 of my kids are here and we love it. We were at a different school initially when we moved in and my daughter would cry as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. She was miserable. We moved to Primrose Hidden Lakes and this little girl puts on her own little backpack and walks in like "bye mom." The teachers and staff are amazing and they love on the kids so well. The kids have so much fun and are always doing so many fun activities. Truly love being able to drop my kids off and know they are being taken care of. Makes having to work so much easier. We're lucky to have found a home here!

All three of our children have attended Primrose, and after briefly trying another school closer to home for our youngest, we quickly realized nothing compares to the experience here. While the convenience of the other school was nice, Primrose truly stands apart in every way — from the flexibility and extended hours to the quality of the food, classrooms, and overall environment.
What makes Primrose exceptional, though, is the people. Mrs. Chandra, Ms. Allyson, Ms. Lina, and Ms. Sherri are absolutely incredible. They make this school feel like family. Their passion, care, and dedication shine through every single day, and they genuinely love and nurture our children as if they were their own.
As parents, there’s no greater peace of mind than knowing your kids are in the hands of people who will help them grow, learn, and thrive in such a meaningful way. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this team and the community they’ve built here. Thank you for taking such good care of Norah and all of us.

Our daughter started at Primrose School at Hidden Lakes when she was a mere 12 weeks old and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and teachers at this location. From the time we set foot in the door for our initial meeting, we knew our baby was going to be in excellent hands. Chandra, Ashley, and Allyson have made us feel like family and Ms. Tennille and Ms. Addi in the infant classroom treat our child like she is their own. We feel so loved and so supported from the top down here and we are so appreciative of the care and attention everyone at Primrose has given our child!
