Primrose has been such a blessing to our family! My kids have thrived in this setting. Leadership has truly cared about our kids and their progress. All teachers have communicated with us and have provided tips/tricks to help our kiddos succeed. We are so thankful for this school and it will always hold a special place in our hearts ❤️

I came back on this schools page to update the review from my family’s experience. My wife’s review is below. After my sweet baby girl being discharged on her very first day..two hours into the day.. because she was crying and looking for her parents, after being home schooled her first 4 years of life, after watching her cry and call herself bad, after her begging for another chance, after her being scared to even go to another school because “they will just kick me out too mom”.. we have found a wonderful care center for her. The staff and management were baffled and hurt to hear about her experience at Primrose. They just couldn’t believe it until we provided the recorded conversations and videos of my baby bawling her eyes out. The very first day we entered the center they assured our daughter she was safe, she was cared for, she was WANTED there. They spoke so lovely and gentle to her it warmed my heart. We were informed through text that she voiced to them how she was nervous and scared to be on her own. But with reassurance they successfully calmed her nerves. She has been at this center for 3 months now and absolutely loves it! And you can tell by the way they treat the kids how much the actually care. They never had a problem with her, she’s never been a “distraction” or “too much for the staff”. Shes excelling wonderfully and they complement us all the time with how well mannered and smart she is. As well as the other students. The parents all love it here! My only question to this school is why hire staff that wouldn’t address and care for a child’s emotions? Why teach children there are no second chances? Why after just 2 hours was she discharged without any plan, any conversation, any attempt to figure out the root of the problem? It was her very first day at any center in her life. She was just scared and nervous. Jesus. And all the sudden reviews after our complaint? I wish nothing but good things on the staffs hearts. Maybe this will be an eye opener for the next student or family.
