Their team cares, teachers and administrators are genuinely concerned about all children. Definitely family focused, and an aura of happiness throughout the learning center.

(I’ll spare the details) in short though my daughter came home stating she wasn’t capable of learning because she was incompetent when i asked her about school. She would cry bloody murder at drop off (And she was in daycare her whole life) . She came home with multiple bruises on arm and collarbone area. She would tell me to brush her hair in a ponytail so her teacher couldnt pull it. It took my daughter a long time to trust again....and when i confronted the teacher RESPECTFULLY she laughed in my face. She currently still works there and no action was taken all they did was apologize and refund me (partial of what i paid so they would “take care” of my daughter) money. My daughter still fears this teacher and she wasn’t even at this school for 5 weeks To this day The owner never reached out to apologize. I truly believe we should’ve been offered a settlement AND they shouldve IMMEDIATELY terminated that poor excuse of a “teacher” at least
