  I love KinderCare round rock! I know when I’m at work my son is in great hands. He loves his teacher and they always have activities for them. He’s learned so much even with just going twice a week.

  The director is unprofessional. There were several mistakes made from her end and she refused to take accountability. They lost my child's water bottle, charged me extra for two weeks, and lacked communication skills. The bill wasn't corrected until I brought it to their attention a second time, when they had already overcharged me a week before. It was my first time putting my child in daycare, and I wasn't advised of a lot of things until after they occurred. One day, I was informed through the app that another kid purposely scratched mine while my kid was sitting there minding his business. They posted a picture on the app of my son's face and the scratch is slightly below his eye. That could have been a lot worse if it was just slightly higher. So of course, I was upset as his parent. I called and spoke to the director (Marci) asking who the kid was, which I understand why she couldn't tell me. To understand what precautions would be taken to ensure my son doesn't get bullied again, I asked her what conversation she had with the parents. She refused to tell me that as well, even though it was regarding my son's safety - or lack, thereof. She was rude and unprofessional by speaking over me the entire time and hanging up on me when I asked for her superior's contact information - which she also denied doing after I put it in writing. No accountability, whatsoever. I sent a follow up message asking for the contact information and she responded saying she'd send it to me, without actually sending it. I pulled my son out the same day, since the person running this daycare can't be honest or trusted and this directly effects my son's safety. During pick up, it was brought to my attention by the teacher that she misunderstood what happened. The other kid accidentally grabbed my kid because they both fell and the other kid was trying to grab something for balance. This entire situation could have been avoided with proper communication. One again, it wasn't. I still haven't received a response regarding her superior's contact info. Bottom line, don't leave your kid here if you care about their well-being.

  We have had both of our baby girls with KinderCare Round Rock since they were each 3 months old, for almost 4 years now. We LOVE the entire staff but even more importantly our precious girls LOVE their teachers even more! They make you feel part of the family, and we have had such a tremendously positive experience with the KinderCare Round Rock team. Our career is moving us to a new city and we are so sad to have to leave the girls school, but so very extremely fortunate for the time they had there to be able to grow, learn and thrive in such a safe, nurturing and enriching environment! So highly recommend them, your precious little ones will be with an amazing team! We Love y’all KinderCare Round Rock Team❤️

  My nieces go here and it has been an amazing place for them to grow. I am so grateful. They love their classroom, their friends, and their teachers. The staff is highly professional and dedicated to providing the most nurturing environment for all the children. Health and safety are a top priority and engaging activities are a staple of the daily routine.

  We went from Stepping Stone to KinderCare Rock Rock and there’s a massive difference in my daughters attitude and speech. The curriculum and staff are amazing. Ms. Serena is my daughters teacher and she absolutely adores her. My favorite childcare hands down.
