I am super happy we chose Primrose Round Rock North!! We switched our son there just a few months ago and have been happy and impressed every step of the way. From initial contact to enrollment, we felt heard and supported. After our son started, his teacher made sure we received updates about his transition to a new school and Primrose has a program for quick check ins every couple weeks with his teacher so we can ensure our son is adapting well. He has grown so much in the past few months academically and socially. All the admin staff and his teachers are fabulous (and super communicators). Highly recommend!

At the beginning, the staff was very supportive and welcoming, which made me feel confident about enrolling my child. However, about three months in, my son’s behavior suddenly changed something that was completely out of character for him, as he had never displayed these behaviors before. While I do believe the teachers tried their best in the classroom, I often felt like I wasn’t getting clear or detailed information about what was actually happening during incidents. When I asked for specifics, there was a lack of communication and follow-through, which made it difficult for me as a parent to understand or support my child effectively. What was most disappointing was the lack of support from administration. When I tried to speak with the admin about my concerns, I felt brushed off. At one point, an assistant director even referred to my son by the wrong name, and when I corrected her, she dismissed it and walked away. That interaction alone made me feel like my concerns and my child were not being taken seriously. I was never given any real guidance, strategies, or solutions on how we could work together to help my son, especially since these behaviors were only happening at school and started months after he had been doing well. It was often what I need to do and trust I did it all but I felt like little was done to try to find the root of the issue especially considering he only acted like that at school and after a while of being in school. They did a great job in making me believe they were going to help and removing him from the school was the absolute last option. After I scheduled a meeting to try and work collaboratively with the director to find solutions after my son was sent home early I received a phone call informing me that my son would no longer be allowed to return. That was extremely disheartening. As a parent, I expected communication, support, and partnership—especially during a challenging time. Then I asked if I could collect my son’s items the same day he got kicked out and they handed it to me at the door and it felt like they didn’t want me to come back in like I was a threat. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Primrose has been such a wonderful daycare for my little one. After our old daycare closed and we tried another that just wasn't right, we came to Primrose really hoping for a good fit. And we found it! The teachers are amazing (shout out to Ms. Azalia and Ms. Joelle), and the front desk team runs everything so well. We're very grateful for the teachers and Ms. Kayla, Ms. Kimberly, and Ms. Taylor. Highly recommend this warm and loving and educational environment!

I don’t write reviews often, but I felt compelled to share our experience to help other parents making this important decision. From my very first inquiry call, the experience was excellent. The staff is incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the curriculum while showing genuine understanding of our child’s specific needs and development. We researched and compared schools within a 25-mile radius, and Primrose stood out above the rest. The teachers and staff are beyond dedicated; their involvement in daily activities and their commitment to parent communication and unique conferences is unmatched. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I am truly grateful for everything they do.
