  Our family have recently enrolled at Primrose School of Round Rock and we have truely enjoyed the change. Mrs. Reyes made my child's transition from his previous daycare so smooth and seamless. Our son has made new friends already and enjoys going to school. He also enjoys the nutritious food the Kitchen staff prepares. The information they provide truely keeps families informed and up to date on everything. Thank you Primrose of Round Rock TEAM!!

  We have been at this Primrose for 7.5 years with both of our kids starting in the infant program and now coming for the Explorers (after school) program. I could tell as soon as we toured the campus it would be a great place for our child and I am glad we have remained with Primrose these last many years. The curriculum, classroom set up, meals and extra offerings put on by the staff really set it apart from other daycares in the area. They have a splash pad in the summer, fun field trips for older kids, a monthly parents night out, and lots of fun activities throughout the year. Ligia, the director, started off in the infant room and has promoted over time to become the head of the school. She is very patient, kind, welcoming and good at communication with parents. We will be sad when the time comes for our family to move on as our kids get older.

  We have truly loved having our daughter at this Primrose location. We did a lot of research before deciding on a school for our little girl, and we drive 30 minutes each way (past closer daycares!) to drop her off solely because of how much we love this school. Our daughter loves it here and every interaction we have from the moment we step foot in the school- from the admins and preschool director to the teachers, chef, and everyone in between- is always so warm, positive, and joyful. We know our daughter is in good hands here, and we love getting to see little updates on the app throughout the day. The school has the perfect balance of play and learning, so we know our daughter is progressing in her milestones while also genuinely enjoying her time here. We also love all the little fun events like the holiday parades and special crafts, we truly cannot recommend this school more. Thank you all for being such a welcoming, happy, wonderful place for our little girl.

  Our kid has been at Primrose since he was 10 months old, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Primrose gave us so much peace of mind from day one. Knowing our child was surrounded by teachers who are patient, kind, attentive and genuinely care about each child made all the difference. One of our favorite parts has been receiving daily updates and photos. It was so great to see not only what our child was learning, but also how happy and engaged he was throughout the day. It quickly became obvious every morning that he was excited to go to school, which speaks volumes about the environment the teachers create. Everyone, from the front desk to every teacher we’ve met, is warm, welcoming, and supportive too. Communication has been easy, and we’ve always felt that our kid was in caring and capable hands. We would truly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cared for, encouraged to grow, and excited to learn! 🤍

  We absolutely LOVE Primrose! All of the staff is incredible, kind, caring, and friendly- from the teachers to the admin and daycare director and everyone else who works at this location. Our daughter loves it here, and seeing her smile and giggle as we enter the school really makes us happy and confident in our choice of childcare. The staff are also great about uploading notes and photos to the app so we are always informed about our child's activities, needs, diet, and more. They are also very communicative regarding any small incidents that happen like a little bump or if our daughter seems to be unwell, which we really appreciate as they tend to bump themselves a lot at this age so the open communication is much appreciated. It is also helpful with our pediatrician, as the school notifies us the moment they notice a rash or a temperature- allowing us to give our pediatrician exact details to help with our daughter's care. We love it here and couldn't recommend it more :)
