The teachers and staff are really kind, and they got to know our daughter really well over time. Everyone was friendly and professional. They helped our daughter become more confident, and she loved attending.

We paid $4400 a month for 3 kids for them to call CPS on us. I don't really write google reviews ever, but I think parents should be warned. I enrolled my kids here thinking it would be great because of it's location, but that's about it. We've been to 3 daycares, and this daycare was the WORST.
The MANAGEMENT, Mrs. Ruthanne and Ms. Rebecca are straight up racist (they've said racist slurs and undertones in front of me and my husband). My children are mixed, and they made sure to pull us in the office for all sorts of made up reasons, including having a fever of 107 (it's almost medically not possible, I'm a nurse, I took it as soon as i got home and they can't take temperatures correctly to save their lives).. My son has severe eczema, he was seeing several doctors due to it, including a pediatrician, several dermatologists and an allergist. They called us several times saying we are not doing enough for his eczema, even though he was about to begin experimental treatment due to how severe it was. Mrs. Rebecca stated he needed an MRI and needed more testing. They pretended to act like doctors, saying he needed more treatment. They demanded care plans, doctors notes, and medications, which they received promptly. Even our doctors were shocked we needed all this information for daycare.
Then, they had the audacity to call cps due to "medical neglect" because his eczema wasn't magically cured, because "It wasn't getting better." It would go through ups and downs, and we explained it to them multiple times, it is a chronic illness and some kids outgrow it and some don't, but he has a SEVERE case that is being managed by different doctors. We gave them all the doctors notes and explanations, and care plans and the same week they called cps. This is a chronic illness, that has it's ups and downs. It's now been 2 years since we moved (thank heavens) and are in a wonderful daycare now and his eczema is way better.
Mrs. Rebecca would also yell at staff and discipline them in front of parents which is very inappropriate. The owner is clueless, who collects a check every month and does not care about the children at ALL. My husband and I spoke to him about the eczema situation, but he didn't understand even though he had all the documentation. He didn't understand why it wasn't "gone". That's like asking why isn't my type 1 Diabetes or asthma cured, it's a disease thats managed over the long run.
Turn over is high (I wonder why?). They also went 6 hours, 2 days in a row from feeding my 8 week old daughter (because she didn't cry for a bottle), and who was supposed to be fed every 3 hours, yet they called us neglectful.
I also noticed if you were of a certain skin color as a parent, you were treated very differently than others, other parents I spoke to also agreed. I hate it to write this, but it still makes me angry what happened. They were out of their scope of practice. My children still scream when I mention Mrs. Rebecca because of how awful she was. My son was only 3 years old when we left Texas and he still remembers how horrible she was. He would come home crying saying she yelled at him. The teachers are great, it's the management that's trash.
