  My son is an entirely different kid since he started at PWP. It used to be a battle every morning to get him to school because he just did not want to go. It's so magical to see him peacefully get dressed and make his way from the house to the car now without a fight or tears. Then there’s the commute. On the way to school, we jam out to his favorite songs. On the way home from school, he’s Mr. Chatterbox, filling me in on his day with conversations and questions that are so often connected to what he learned that day. It's amazing to witness all the growth and changes he has already shown in the short time he's been with the PWP family. They really are a family. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Everything is done with such a positive touch. Everyone is nurturing and intentional. Communication is clearly a priority, and they definitely do not lack it. I love the energy they bring and the care they pour into the little ones. The fact that my son says he likes school is a true reflection on how well the PWP "community" has understood the assignment as educators in making it a fun and safe place for the little ones all while learning and growing. (I put “community” in quotes because that was actually part of a conversation my son and I had after pickup one day, when he was educating me on what was part of it). PWP has created an environment where he feels happy, loved, and excited to learn. As a parent, I never have to wonder what I need to be working on with my child at home. The communication and daily updates through the app allow me to stay informed and follow where my child is academically and socially, as well as stay connected to his overall development. This is one happy mama. I can't say enough good things and I very highly recommend them to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to grow.   We transferred our daughter from another location, and we were immediately so happy with our decision. From the moment we walked in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. You can truly tell that they know and care about each and every student. All of her teachers have been so wonderful, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about the kids. We feel so comfortable knowing she is in such a loving, nurturing environment each day. The communication and personal attention have made such a difference for our family, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to make the switch!

  One of the best day-care for babies. My kid goes to older infant class and the teachers are fabulous. Appreciate their all hard work.

  The team at Primrose West Plano is simply the best! We transferred from Primrose in Frisco last Summer after we moved and they have made us feel so welcomed since the moment we toured. The management team is so thoughtful and honestly top notch when it comes to themes, events, and holidays/special occasions. We have had great teacher experiences as well!! My girls have truly enjoyed their time here and it was a lot smoother of a transition than I expected. I’m so grateful for the Primrose team and for everything they’ve done for us.
