- TEThomas Euziere2 days ago5.0We appreciate the care each teacher has for the kids. You can tell they truly love and enjoy the kids, specifically Ms. D and Mrs. Punam. We also love how involved the office staff is and they really know the kids too. We love Ms. Camryn, Mrs. Imaan, and of course Mrs. Reese! Communication is incredible and we always feel like we know how our kids are doing. The kids always talk about how much they love their teachers and miss them when we've been gone for a few days.

We had toured other Primrose locations but the warmth and friendly atmosphere of South Plano was immediate and that mattered more than anything to us. Its amazing how they make it a point to know every child and parent that walks through the doors each day. Our toured had barely begun and I already knew this was where I wanted my daughter to enroll. The teachers in the infant classrooms are so incredible and I have never been afraid to leave my daughter in their care. They don't just watch your child, they work on developmental skills and help them grow each day. The patience these women have must be off the charts and I have so much respect for each individual. I love how much they care for not just my child, but all of the children in both classrooms and their teamwork cannot be beat. I could seriously go on forever about how amazing South Plano is, so trust me when I say you won't regret enrolling your children here.

Knowing our twin girls are in the infant room, surrounded by love and care, gives us incredible peace of mind—they’re truly treated like family. I’ll never forget those first-day nerves. Mrs. Reese greeted us with such patience and kindness that I immediately felt at ease as a new mom. Mrs. Cindy brings a wonderful sense of experience and calm, Mrs. Ambreen is supportive of both my girls and us parents, Ms. Maddie is fun and witty, Mrs. Bheda treats the babies as if they were her own, Ms. Yu adds so much sweetness to the room, and Mrs. Imaan is always patient and understanding. Finding a daycare can be intimidating, but seeing how genuinely the staff loves and cares for my girls reassured me that Primrose is truly an extension of our family.

We receive daily photos and thoughtful updates that give us clear insight into how her day went. The app is easy to use and makes it simple to stay connected and communicate directly with the classroom teachers. Every morning we are greeted by Ms. Madison, and the teachers show our daughter so much care and affection. In the afternoons, Ms. Ambreen provides helpful updates when we pick her up, and we always leave feeling confident that our daughter is in wonderful hands. The entire staff has been exceptional, and we highly recommend Primrose of South Plano.

There was such positive energy around not only the teachers but the front office that we knew she was going to be in good hands. Our daughter started in Ms. Cindy’s class and every day she would greet us with a smile, funny stories, and so much love. When she transitioned to the older infant class I was worried at first but knew that her “nana” Ms. Bheda and Ms. Ambreen were going to take great care of her. They both treat her as if she’s one of their own grand babies ❤️ The Happy Grams they share with us on our daughter’s progress shows how much she has grown in such a short time. With her being a premie this means the world to us…we were so worried about her being behind but she is clearly thriving with all of her friends! And lastly, Ms.Reese, Ms. Cameron, Ms. Kelly, and Ms. Imaan. I cannot thank you enough for everything. You truly have eased so much of our.. MY 😉 anxiety and I know our daughter is in the best care being at Primrose South Plano. To the teachers that I didn’t mention we love you all too!
