- YCYutian CuiJun 15, 20265.0My son has been going to promise for almost 3 years and he has been on Ms. Chassity’s preschool class for last year. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. chassity. Sending a little one to preschool can be a big transition, but Ms. Chassity made our child feel safe, loved, and excited to learn from day one. Their patience, warmth, and genuine care shine through every single day. We have seen so much growth in our child’s confidence and social skills. We feel incredibly blessed to have had them as our child's first teacher! Even when my son is traveling and cannot go to school, he would told me he misses Ms. Chassity and wants to go back to her class.

Our daughter genuinely loves going to school every day, and a big reason for that is Ms. Chassity. Her classroom is well-structured, organized, and provides the consistency that young children need to thrive. She has a wonderful balance of being firm while also being warm and caring. She clearly communicates expectations, helping children understand what behaviors are appropriate and what are not—something that is so important for 3- and 4-year-olds as they learn and grow. What stands out most is that Ms. Chassity truly loves children and is passionate about teaching. Her care is genuine. She never hesitates to offer encouragement, praise, or a comforting hug when a child needs it. She creates a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, respected, and loved. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Ms. Chassity as our daughter’s teacher. She has made such a positive difference in our daughter’s preschool experience, and our family absolutely loves and appreciates her.

I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but they still took the time to show me around given the fact they were busy. Unfortunately, they don’t offer part time programs which was what I was primarily looking for but in such short amount of time my daughter felt extremely confortable with everyone to the point where she was upset because she didn’t want to leave. I will definitely keep this school in mind for when I am needing a full time program.

Before we switched to Primrose, we dealt with our daughter getting bit almost daily at her old daycare. We switched right before the school year started and they made it such a smooth experience. From day 1, our daughter loved it and has loved it every day since. All of the staff is amazing and you can tell they truly care about every child. Mrs.Joshi is her current teacher and all I can say is she is like a 2nd mother to my little one. Every day she is pouring her heart into the kids and I can’t express the peace of mind it gives us to have a teacher like her caring for our daughter. We have dealt with some behavior changes with our daughter and it has truly felt like a partnership to make sure we are addressing them together. I can’t express the appreciation we have for Mrs.Joshi and the entire primrose family. 10000/10 would recommend exploring for your littles.
- TWTori WMay 5, 20265.0We’ve had a really positive experience at Primrose. My youngest is in preschool and my oldest attends after-school care, and they both genuinely love going. My youngest struggles with change, but Ms. Chassity has been incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with him. She really takes the time to understand his needs and meets him where he is, and her communication with our family has been wonderful. It’s clear she truly cares about him, and we’ve seen such a big difference in his confidence and growth because of her. The whole staff has been kind and welcoming, and it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in such a supportive environment. I definitely recommend this location.
