We had the most incredible experience at Primrose School of Pflugerville and would highly, highly recommend this school to anyone looking for childcare in the area. The management, staff and teachers are all truly incredible human beings who love what they do and prioritize the health, safety, growth and well-being of your children. The communication from teachers and staff members was excellent. Our son attended from age 10 months - 22 months, and would certainly have continued on if it weren’t for moving over an hour away. During our son’s year at Primrose School of Pflugerville he grew so much and was truly thriving. We attribute this to the love, care and attention he received from his teachers - Mrs. Tanya and Mrs. Kelsea - who are absolute gems and just the best of the best!!! When you entrust someone else with the care of your child, the greatest comfort you can receive is knowing they are safe and loved - the teachers at Primrose School of Pflugerville did just that and more. We also have to give a special shout out to Mrs. Kimett, Mrs. Michelle, Ms. Charity and also Chef Robin - the snacks and meals are delicious and nutritious! We cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful school and the amazing folks who work there. We miss it dearly!

Our son attended this Primrose starting at 10 months to when he turned 3 years old. We had a wonderful experience overall! Teachers and administrators are very connected and caring with students and families. We loved all the events planned throughout the year also. Our son was excited everyday to attend. Thank you to all our teachers/support teachers and administrators!

We attended Primrose of Round Rock at Forest Creek after moving and needing to find a new daycare 3 years ago. I certainly planned to keep my kids there through pre-K and then even as afterschool care when they started public kinder. As I walked into the school one morning, the owner, Tommy Thompson, told me he had bad news. They would no longer be picking up for after school care at the elementary school my son was slated to attend - BUT the good news was that he would be opening a new location, within minutes of my house, Primrose of Pflugerville at Falcon Pointe! I couldn’t have been more excited. We also now have a second child that I am excited to have attend the new Primrose of Pflugerville!
Tommy and Anna Thompson, who own both franchise locations, are great. They are both easily accessible, care about their school, their teachers and staff, as well as their students. One of them is at the school every day and they always make a point to great people as you come and go. I am greeted every time I come or go by a member of the staff, which is nice in and of itself, but lets me know they are paying attention to who is coming and going. They also take the hiring of the staff very seriously. The pride themselves in getting quality teachers and aligning students with teachers who will help them succeed.
Mrs Kimberly Graham, the Director, is also available and always at the school. When we learned of this location opening, I was excited, but hesitant, as I knew my 4 year old would have a hard time with the transition. Mrs Graham met with me, listened to my concerns and we came up with a great plan to help him transition. It worked great! He was so excited to attend his new school and walked in confident and ready on the first day. I was also nervous about having my youngest transition from a small in home daycare, to the big school. The teachers in the toddler room were sensitive to this and helped make his transition smooth as well.
My oldest has now attended Primrose for 3 years and is excelling. He LOVES math and can add and subtract! He has learned so much and I am constantly blown away by the knowledge that he brings home. I am excited for my youngest to start learning just as much, as he starts at Primrose! The structured curriculum is a major factor to learning. Whenever I ask my oldest what he did at school he replies "we read books" which is music to this book loving momma's heart. His teachers constantly enforce life skills too, from hygiene to cleaning up after themselves. The staff assisted us with potty training and made it simple and effective.
The new facility is beautiful. The classrooms and hallways are always clean! I often see the staff cleaning toys and tables. The playgrounds are very well maintained and have a ton of play equipment to keep busy kids engaged during their play time. They have turf playgrounds which are great for my tough and tumble boys, plus they dry quickly, so even if it rained over night the kids can still have their outside time!
They provide HOT meals and amazing snacks, most of which are made there on site by the amazing chef. It is a nut free campus, and as a mom of a child with allergies, I appreciate the lengths they go to protect all the children.
I could not be more pleased with my experience at Primrose!
