  We are new to KinderCare and from the moment I called in and spoke to Ms. Shae and Ms. Heather it felt very welcoming. Ms. Heather and Ms. Adela made the transfer process so easy and answered all the questions I had. I've noticed the difference in my daughter as well. She no longer cries about going to school and is genuinely happier. These ladies not only assured me but they also showed me by their actions that my daughter would be very well taken care of. I want to say thanks to all the ladies at KinderCare Fairmont for opening their arms to us like a family. As a single mom with no village I truly have the peace of mind knowing that my daughter is in good hands. I definitely recommend this daycare! 10/10!

  As a first time parent, leaving my baby was hard when I had to return back to work. This location has made that transition easier for me. The teachers in the baby room are AMAZING and so caring. I feel as though they love my child as their own. The director is super nice and love the open communication. The my KinderCare app is a plus. They are constantly uploading photos and updating information by the hour! I absolutely love it here! 💜💜💜

  This center is great! Its has gone through some changes recently however It has really come a log way with the new Director Mrs. Heather. She is amazing with the all the kids. I feel welcomed right when i walk in the door. My daughter has been to 2 different daycares and this has been the best one! I truly feel like my daughter is in great hands there. I receive constant updates in form of pictures phone calls via the app. She has learned so much from her teachers and she is thriving there talks about Miss Melissa, Mrs. Heater, Miss Adela constantly!

  I couldn’t be happier with this daycare! The staff is warm, patient, and truly cares about each child. Communication is great, and I always feel informed about my child’s day. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and my child has learned so much socially and academically. I feel confident knowing my child is loved and well cared for here. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for quality care and peace of mind.-(18 month old mom )

  Awful awful daycare. Do not bring your kids here. I have been a daycare teacher myself and the lack of care these teachers and the assistant director Ms Lily have is sad. If you don’t love kids don’t work here. She has had nothing but excuses for my son and his injuries instead of apologizing and wanting to do better. Ms. Rachael is the only good thing that came out of this experience. I hate every waking day looking for a new daycare for my son knowing this way going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND
