  A Parent’s Worst Nightmare Touring a daycare for the first time as a parent is already an emotional experience. You walk in hoping to find a place where your child will feel safe, loved, and cared for—and unfortunately, our first experience at Primrose left us in tears. During our tour, we witnessed a teacher aggressively toss a child onto his cot during naptime while he was having a tantrum. This happened twice. We then witnessed the same teacher aggressively put down another toddler. This was in the toddler class. As first-time parents, seeing this was extremely upsetting and immediately raised serious concerns about how children were being handled when they were upset or dysregulated. We brought our concerns directly to the owner, hoping for reassurance and accountability. Instead, she stood up for the employee and explained that the child had kicked the teacher. Regardless of what led up to the situation, we left feeling that the behavior we witnessed was not something we were comfortable accepting for our own child. Rather than leaving our tour feeling confident about a potential daycare, we walked out with more anxiety than when we walked in—and in tears. We understand that toddlers have tantrums, especially during difficult transitions like naptime, and that caring for young children can be challenging. But we believe children deserve patience, gentleness, and respect—especially when they are struggling to regulate their emotions. Choosing someone to care for your child is one of the biggest decisions a parent can make. This experience was every first-time parent’s nightmare, and unfortunately, it completely changed our perception of Primrose.

  We couldn't be happier with our experience at Primrose Seinna! The teachers are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child's growth and well-being. Our children have thrived academically, socially, and emotionally in the nurturing environment they provide every day. The front office ladies are top notch and very caring. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. The teachers and staff make sure that your family feels like their family. Communication with parents is excellent, the classrooms are clean and welcoming, and it's clear that safety and education are top priorities. The staff goes above and beyond to make every child feel valued and loved. We are so grateful to have found a daycare where we feel completely confident leaving our child each day. We highly recommend Primrose Seinna to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education!

  Primrose school of Sienna has been amazing! The administrative staff, teachers, and owners have been incredible to work with the last 3 years. We choose to keep our child at this school even though it was a longer drive because of how amazing the staff has been. We would highly recommend!
