We absolutely love Primrose School in Midland. The staff is great, warm, and accommodating. The curriculum is awesome; they engage the kids in different and fun activities all the time. Our teacher, Ms. Kassy, is the best. She is always warm and loving, and you can tell she has experience dealing with all kinds of kids’ personalities and needs. She takes a special interest in each child and even asks for advice on how to handle certain aspects of a child’s personality. My child has made quite a lot of progress since he started in March, especially in the speech area, where he has the most challenges. We are really grateful to Ms. Kassy and Primrose School and will stay there until elementary school for sure.

Our daughter has been at primrose for two years. Since being there it has mostly been great, we had one little issue with a teacher assistant but they handled it immediately. Since then they have made sure our daughter is taken care of. She does really well there and the teachers really care. They have helped with potty training, teaching colors, numbers and shapes. They read books, paint and have a bunch of different activities through out the year. They are very structured and have a certain way to do things.
There are some reviews talking about bad kids, it’s a daycare, not a behavior specialist. Some kids need more attention and it’s not fair for the rest of the other kids who behave to have to put up with a kid who has behavioral issues. I actually appreciate that they don’t put up with bad kids that take attention away from the rest of the kids.
It’s a great option for people looking for a day care in Midland. My biggest complaint is that I wish we got more pictures of there activities since we don’t get to spend too much time with our kiddo during the day.

I can't say enough good things about this school. We have been enrolled since their grand opening in 2019, and the staff is incredible. The teachers have been so dedicated to giving the best care to my child, and it is so amazing to me how much he has grown during his time here. We will never use any other center for our children.

We started care at Primrose in August of 2020, right smack dab in the middle of COVID. When all of their “contractual obligations” had left them high and dry when they laid off all of their workers from the oilfield. When we first signed our son up for Primrose, I knew what had brought them to Midland, three major oilfield companies, so after we had toured and we’re getting ready to send the first payment to hold our sons spot, I specifically asked, IN WRITING, if our sons position in their facility would be at all compromised when the oilfield came back. I’ve been in the oilfields all of my life, I know how this works. It always comes back. I was assured that it would not be an issue, that once enrolled my son would have a home with them. Well that turned out to be a false statement in the highest regard! We’ve already purchased uniforms for the upcoming school year! We dealt with their crazy covid rules and their teachers exposing my child to covid while sending us all home to quarantine for two weeks, while STILL paying tuition!!! Whatever you do, don’t enroll your child here. All they care about is money. They don’t have a care in the world about the trauma little ones face by being moved around to different childcare centers.
