  I came here to tour the facility because I had interest in enrolling my son for childcare. The pre-k teacher (an older woman) seemed to be either hard of hearing or as if she had stuff going on because I asked her twice "what is the max amount of children each teacher typically has" and both times she deflected the question which I found to be odd. This bothered me because if she cannot understand that I am asking her a basic question, who is to know if there are other things she may be having issues with. On top of that, when I was touring the school, the young girl (I am assuming teachers aide) walked in on her phone, ignoring me and my fiancé. I may just be old school but when you have people walking around potentially interested in registering their child to your school, acknowledgement would be nice. Whose to say that they might not be on their phone and accidentally ignore something that happens to one of the kiddos? Idk. This place just did not do it for us.

  It’s absolutely FREEZING in this center. No way that they can’t regulate the temperature better the kids are literally freezing (my daughter along with others have said so)

  I infinitely-wish this daycare can remind parents that their kiddos are being abused by other kid(s) if they only relate to “Truth” it would make daycare more intuitively smoother knowing we have a violent child on their hands. “But no one wants to speak-up or address the other parent(s).” This staff is being bias and they know it!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Melissa KinderCare! From day one, the staff has made us feel like part of the KinderCare family. Our child absolutely loves going every day and is thriving in such a nurturing, engaging environment. The staff at Melissa KinderCare are truly exceptional—always kind, attentive, and highly professional. One instructor in particular, Ms. Jennifer, made a lasting impression. Her warmth, consistency, and genuine care—combined with her attention to detail and the meticulous care she provides to each child—are truly remarkable. I was moreso moved by how deeply she connects with the kids and how thoughtfully she guides their learning. It’s clear that the children benefit immensely from the knowledge and compassion she brings into the classroom every day. We’re so thankful for the strong, positive connection she’s built with our little one. The communication from the school is also top-notch—we get daily updates that keep us informed and connected. It’s such a relief to know our child is not only safe but also happy and learning every day. We’ve seen so much growth in our little one—socially, emotionally, and academically—and it’s all thanks to the thoughtful curriculum and incredible staff. Thank you to the amazing team at Melissa KinderCare, and a very special thank you to Ms. Jennifer. Your dedication and heart make all the difference. We are so grateful!

  Kalynn is one of the best childcare workers I know! She’s amazing with kids and has tons of experience! Highly recommend!
