  Very unprofessional. They just informed us via email that the center is closing one day before school gets out for summer break. We enrolled our child for summer camp back in Feb/March. Now we are scrambling to find care in the next 3 days. Two words…DO BETTER!

  My husband and I visited several daycare facilities before deciding and choosing McKinney KinderCare. We were looking for a daycare provider for our 18-month-old son. It was a very hard decision.Like other parents, we felt a lot of fear and worry about leaving our little one with a stranger for a full day. Mireillie was very kind and considerate through the process. At the very beginning, our little guy struggled with the new routine and going to daycare. Most of the challenges, however, were likely attributed to the fact that I was inconsistent with my routine. Mireille, very patiently and despite my protests of concern, encouraged me to drop off our son every day at a consistent time. And as predicted by Mireille, our little guy began adjusting to his new environment. For the past 2 months, our son has grown a lot. The center has many experienced teachers who are adept at handling different stages of child development, and their professionalism is outstanding. They always have a variety of activities for the kids, especially during the summer. Our son was so excited everyday to go to center. And my husband and I know that we do the right choice. Highly recommend!

  Our son has been attending this daycare for 2.5 yrs now, and our experience has been very positive overall. The classrooms are divided by age, with an age-appropriate curriculum that supports each child’s development. While the Center director and Assistant director have changed a few times, each brought their own style and vision, and we've appreciated the open-door policy that ensures any concerns are promptly addressed. Ms. Niyati, who teaches the Pre-K classroom, has been the longest and impactful teacher in my son's daycare journey. She keeps the classroom organized and clean every day, which I believe has helped my son stay healthy and avoid frequent absences. She also shares timely updates and photos on the KinderCare app daily, which I really appreciate—it gives me meaningful insight into my son’s day and learning progress. During daily drop-off, she is always available for a quick chat to discuss daily updates and ensures there is open communication with parents. Her classroom follows a well-balanced routine that includes circle time, learning alphabets, shapes, colors, numbers, sight words, art and crafts, and plenty of playtime. Story time is a favorite, and the children are encouraged to read books and trace letters, which has helped my son develop strong early literacy skills. Curriculum changes every month and kids learn new concepts every time ranging like Animals, Plants, Solar system and planet Earth. He applies what he learns outside of class, and has built strong friendships with other kids and the rest of the staff which is genuinely impressive!!! He looks forward to going to daycare every day and misses his teacher and friends when he's off. He is very excited for the pre-K graduation and looking forward to it! We’re incredibly thankful for Ms. Niyati’s consistency, dedication, and the warm, enriching environment she provides for the children in the classroom ensuring all kids are poised to start Kindergarten in fall.

  I cannot express how grateful I am for Mireille and her outstanding leadership at the childcare center. Her warmth and passion for her role shine through in every interaction. As a parent, it brings me immense peace of mind knowing that my child is in such capable hands. The center is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, creating a safe and welcoming environment for the children. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, making every visit a positive experience. I am truly excited about this journey for my one-year-old toddler and feel confident that we made the right decision. Thank you, Mireille, for your dedication and for providing such a nurturing space for our little ones!
