  THEY LEFT MY CHILDREN AT SCHOOL AND ARE ACTING LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL! My children are supposed to be bussed from their school to this facility every Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday. It has been this way for over a year now. My youngest who is 9 decided without permission that she was going to attend an after school event and not get on the bus (this is a separate issue that has being handled) My issue is that the staff member driving the bus thought it was perfectly ok for my 9 year old to tell them she is not supposed to be on the bus that day and also pulled her sister off of the bus. No objection from staff at all. No communication either. I only was notified of this situation when my child called me from an elementary school teacher of needing to be picked up from the school after the event. No one on this staff cared enough about the safety of my children to think to call me and confirm what was going on. The only thing they have to say for themselves is they understand how upsetting this situation can be. I emailed Xplor effective immediately my children will no longer be attending the afterschool program. I was then told by the principal Nicole Cox I am still required to pay 4 weeks of tuition because of what's stated in the contract. Funny thing is I can't find anything in the contract that says it's okay for them to take the word of a 9 yr old, not notify me, the PARENT, the one that PAYS for TRANSPORTATION/SUPERVISION and then act like it's no big deal. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CHILDREN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SAFETY!!!! Side note: There “billing department” is a complete joke to say the least. I have caught several overage in charges. And after I provide proof/receipts, I get the typical “Oh I apologize, that’s our error, we will fix it.” Days go by, it’s still on my account. And I’m continuously having to babysit them on how to do their job. It’s quite embarrassing.

  Shout out to Ms. Candra! My son bonded with her so beautifully. We were worried about his sleeping and eating schedule since he had been very pampered at home, but thanks to her patience and care, he is now doing great with sleeping and is even trying to eat independently. The eating part is still a work in progress, but Ms. Candra always made sure he was well cared for and never hungry. She constantly shared updates about his daily routine, and I also built a wonderful bond with her. What makes us even happier is that our son adjusted within just 3 weeks, even though this was all very new for him. The teachers do so many fun and engaging activities with the children and always share adorable photos, which gives us so much comfort and joy as parents. Ms. Dana has also been doing an amazing job and has been incredibly patient, caring, and supportive throughout our son’s transition. Thank you both so much for all your love, patience, and support. We truly appreciate everything you do!

  I absolutely love it here! My son is in the infant program and the teachers are wonderful, Mrs.Brooke shows so much loves and car along with Ms.Terra, and Ms.Jordan. The administration is also so wonderful always keeping me updated on anything going on including events, and sickness going around! Love them !

  I am greatful for choosing Xplor Mansfield since the Staff/Teachers are great in accommodating kids and parents situation. My kiddos are getting comfortable already and it's been only couple of weeks. Thank you all!
