  There were definitely some growing pains in the beginning with a few staff members, which is completely understandable for a brand-new facility. Thankfully, those issues have been resolved, and the current team — both the longtime and newer teachers, along with the director, Verlyse — are absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about the children, and that level of compassion and dedication is surprisingly hard to find in a daycare. As a single parent, having people I can truly trust to support both my son and me means everything. They are incredibly communicative, patient, and attentive with my son, and I’m so grateful to have them in our corner. Finding a daycare this caring and reliable is not easy, and I truly appreciate everything they do.

  We have been with Kindercare since February and after having to ch age childcare providers last minute the team stepped in and welcomed us like family. My daughter loves school and I’m grateful for the safe loving environment that feels like home when my daughter is not with me.

  I changed over to this daycare from a daycare I was at for nine years for my boys. It has been a great transition. The teachers and the directors are very attentive and helpful with my kids. They can be a little wild sometimes and They always can manage them without fail. I highly recommend KinderCare Leander!

  We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The facility is new, clean, and well maintained, which immediately gave us peace of mind. My son is truly enjoying his time there and looks forward to going each day. The staff has been attentive and accommodating, especially with his dietary needs, which means a lot to us. They also do a great job creating a positive, nurturing environment with engaging learning activities that support early development. Overall, we’re very happy with the care, communication, and culture they provide.

  If I could rate this facility less than one star I would. First of all the way they arrange children is not appropriate. On numerous occasions my 7 month old baby was laying on the ground with older babies walking around her. While the one teacher was no where near in case she got stepped on. This is a huge safety concern. Before enrolling your children at this facility please know these people have no common sense nor are they very aware. I have a two year old who is a climber, falls a lot, and is just a tornado. As most parents can understand. On friday 04/10 she fell at home causing a bruise on her cheek. Then 04/15 she tripped and hit a door frame causing one on her forehead. She also had a third one on her forehead that I am unsure of how she got. Shes two. On 04/16 when I got there to pick her up, cps was waiting for me. Almost didnt let me take my child home. On 04/14 my mother picked her up and was asked to sign an incident report. She signed it but notified the teachers that the bruise happened at home over the weekend. Instead of retaining this documentation, it was thrown away. The director of this facility lied and told cps that she was physically abused between 04/15 and 04/16. She stated my daughter had no bruises prior to 04/16. I had pictures proving That the bruise did not happen overnight. It in fact happened last friday 04/10. Mind you this bruise was yellow, not fresh. Very obvious that it was not recent. Good thing I had these pictures, i was then able to take my child home. C p s did their investigation. Obviously they are not concerned or my children would not be with me. I just really wanted to bring this to other parents Attention. If you have a climber/ busy body child like I do. This is not the place for your family. This woman was so sure that the bruises were not there before 04/16. That really shows how unobservant she is. They even sent me pictures on their app on 04/13 and 04/14 where these same bruises are shown. So she did not even check their own records Prior to making this call. The assistant director asked me 04/15 afternoon to have a conversation with my two year old about climbing. Then 04/16 they call c p s for bruising. Make it make sense. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!
