My son attended Primrose for almost 2 years, ages 1.5 to 3.5. We have had nothing but a really exceptional experience here! All of the teachers and staff have provided excellent care and love to my son. He has learned so much here and has had so much fun doing it. He enjoys the variety of daily activities and the meals are delicious to him! I have had no negative experiences with Primrose, all positive! The facility is sparkly clean, the children are all being cared for very well, and the administration communicates everything clearly. I appreciate all the pictures I receive daily and the outlines of what the class is learning. My son will excitedly tell me about the things he is learning in class. I would highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for amazing childcare!

So happy we found Primrose! As a new mom, especially a first time mom, going back to work was extremely hard. But the folks at Primrose have shown us time and time again how much they love and care for our baby. We couldn't be more blessed to know that he's in such great hands during the day.
I love the constant communication we have with the staff and our baby's "teachers". They are always so attentive and responsive. The facility itself is always clean and well taken care of. I also appreciate the safety and security policies/procedures that ensure our child's safety. They utilize an app that helps me keep track of my son's day and even get a few photos of their activities which makes me so happy.
All of the negative/critical Google reviews about this location are from 4+ years ago so if you're doing your due diligence, please keep this in mind. Google reviews don't always represent the full picture, especially the negative ones.
This is truly so much more than a daycare/school. We're a military family and I hope that we're still in the area to see our kiddo grow up here!

I did my homework when picking a daycare for my son, went on tours and asked lots of questions and I immediately knew this was the place for him when I walked in! For starters the atmosphere at Primrose Victory Lakes is warm and inviting. The staff is amazing and supportive. They are understanding on life outside of Primrose and are there to help however they can. My son thrives at Primrose and I know he is in good hands while I am at work which is the best peace of mind!

Love this school! We relocated to get our girls into a Primrose school and it was the best decision. All the classrooms have a bright fun atmosphere; great curriculum they have both learned so much. Had issues in the past with the lack of communication from the staff/mgmt at other schools and it has never been an issue here! They have fun activities for the kids and plan fun family events as well.
