The director, Renee, is very clear with expectations, communicates openly, and is always transparent with families. I especially appreciate the structure they provide for my sons while still creating a warm and nurturing environment. Safety is clearly a top priority, which gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in good hands every day. We are very grateful for the teachers, leadership, and the care they provide. I would highly recommend Primrose at South Shore to any family looking for a safe, structured, and loving environment for their child!

Our daughter has had such an incredible experience here, and we are so grateful for the love, care, and attention she receives each day. The teachers and staff genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. It has been amazing to watch our daughter grow in her confidence, independence, and learning. She is excited to go to school, talks about her teachers and friends at home, and comes home sharing new things she has learned. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is somewhere she is loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. The communication from the staff has also been wonderful, and we truly feel like they know and care about our daughter as an individual. Choosing Primrose has been one of the best decisions we have made for our daughter. We are incredibly thankful for the teachers, leadership, and entire Primrose team for creating such a special environment for her. We highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a school that truly cares about their children and their development!
