  Primrose School of West Cinco Ranch has provided a wonderful learning environment for our son. The teachers and staff genuinely care about each child’s growth, development, and well-being. We especially want to thank Mrs. Rupali for her kindness, patience, and dedication. Her positive impact and commitment to our son was truly appreciated. We are grateful for everything she did and highly recommend Primrose of Cinco Ranch to other families.

  We love primrose! We enrolled our daughter in Austin and when we relocated to Katy we just had to stick with them. Our daughter Olivia has learned so much and become a bright student. Mrs. Rupali is such a wonderful teacher! I loved how attentive she was and how involved she was with the parents about their kids progress. Ms. Fiona and Mrs Sahira have helped shaped and grow her artistic side we love seeing all the projects they made! I am definitely going to miss this school and everyone!

  My daughter has grown so much here and we couldn’t be happier with her experience. Her teacher, Mrs. Rupali, has been amazing in all aspects, caring, patient and truly invested in her progress. Ana Pila and the entire staff create such a welcoming, safe and positive environment. You can feel how much they care about the kids. We’re so grateful to be part of this school.

  We have loved Primrose West Cinco so much, and it is truly sad that our children have ended their time there. Our family first joined four years ago when my oldest son started in the preschool class, followed by Private Pre-K (PPK) with Mrs. Rupali. When he first joined, he was a very shy child, so we specifically sought the socialization aspect of "school" to prepare him for Kindergarten, where he would be away from us for the full school day. As his friendships with peers and the staff grew, we saw him come out of his shell and quickly become comfortable with everyone there.Then, when our youngest was ready for school three years ago, we knew she would be safe and loved at Primrose. She has been in Mrs. Rupali’s class for the last two years, and under her care and guidance, we have watched her thrive. Having a teacher who genuinely cares for her well-being and academics has made a significant difference in her confidence and learning. I have been able to have very frank conversations with Mrs. Rupali and know that she is a dedicated advocate for children. Mrs. Ruplai is someone who truly wants all her students to be safe and happy while learning in her classroom. Overall, we could not have been happier with our experience and would do it all over again.

  We are deeply grateful to the teachers of Primrose School of West Cinco Ranch: Mrs. Rupali, Mrs. Ana, Mrs. Alisa, Mrs. G, for the love, care, and support they have given to our son, Rex, over the past three weeks. Rex arrived in the United States with his grandmother in early April to begin a one-month study experience. At the beginning, going to school in a completely new environment, with a different language and unfamiliar faces, made him feel scared, nervous, and anxious. As parents, we were also worried about whether he would be able to adjust. However, the teachers at Primrose have been incredibly warm, patient, and professional. They not only took great care of Rex in his daily routines, but also gently comforted him, helped ease his anxiety, and supported him step by step as he became more comfortable and started to join the class community. We could truly feel that the teachers were caring for him with genuine kindness and heart, not just doing their job. Over these past few weeks, we have seen such a meaningful change in Rex. From feeling nervous and unsure at the beginning, he has gradually become more willing to go to school, more open to sharing his school experiences with us, and more connected with his teachers and classmates. This means so much to our family. The teachers, classmates, and staff at Primrose have all been so wonderful, and this experience will surely become a warm and precious memory for Rex. Thank you for loving and caring for Rex, and for giving us such peace of mind as parents.
