When we started, our 3yo was not potty trained and I so appreciate how the teachers at Primrose were patient and let him train at his own pace (by far the developmentally appropriate way to handle this). Aside from that, our son has thrived under the curriculum and the school simply makes our lives easier, from the in-house prepared meals and snacks, flexible hours of operation, uniforms, and backpacks that stay in the classroom. We’ve really been fortunate to send our son here.

The family atmosphere is truly what stands out to us. There’s no doubt that it can be unnerving as a parent to send your child somewhere new and place your trust in others to care for them. From day one, however, the team has taken exceptional care of our daughter and made her feel safe, loved, and comfortable. She genuinely looks forward to going to daycare every day, which, as parents, is something we couldn’t ask for more. We’re incredibly grateful for the care, warmth, and sense of family they’ve created.

We sent our son here for close to 3 years and we cannot have high enough praise for Primrose. The teachers, the staff including the front desk folks as well as Ms Jenkins have been really wonderful, supportive and caring.
We had checked out a number of daycares in the surrounding areas before zeroing in on Primrose and it's a decision we do not regret. The parents of the other kids in his class were really nice as well - some of their kids were enrolled in Primrose from the time they were 6 months old. They calmed our nerves a lot and told us not to worry about how the staff and school treat the kids. They were unanimous in praising Primrose.
In addition to the day to day curriculum, they also go out of their way to organize special events, many of which were for parents too. Their summer schedule is great as well, our son would eagerly ask daily what's the special event on the calendar for today.
All the teachers would send regular updates on the app including pictures, they were also very responsive in responding to any queries we may have. The front desk would also regularly send updates including meal plans, monthly calendars etc as well as regular reports on how he is progressing. The level of care and attention that was provided daily by everyone at Primrose was really good.
As with any toddler, there were challenging times. As he went through his developmental stages, whenever we had any concerns, the teachers and staff would promptly organize 1 on 1 meetings with us to discuss them and guide us through the steps they were taking to address potty training, temper tantrums etc.
Their day to day involves a lot of fun and engaging activities. We were also appreciative of the fact that they do not emphasize electronic devices for kids. Especially the last couple of years, he always had a constant set of teachers (without frequent staff turnover) which really helped as a great connection was established between the teachers and kids. The teachers were always so patient and understanding. Our son also ended up with a great set of friends from his class.
It was a sad day for us when our little guy graduated and had to leave Primrose. The level of care and attention he received here will be very tough to replicate in any other place.

An amazing daycare with caring teachers and a welcoming environment. The entire staff truly treat the children like family and lead with patience and kindness. Our children have learned so much and absolutely love going every day. Ms. Tobias goes above and beyond to keep us informed and ensure our kiddos are having the best experience. She takes true pride and dedication to what she does and it shows. Every teacher we’ve had has taken the time to know our child and make them feel valued. We're so grateful to have found such a caring and supportive environment!

Lovely and warm kids in this school! My daughter was welcomed to this school when we first moved here. That helped here a lot in the tough transition. My younger son got enrolled lately as well. He has been well treated and quickly adapted to daycare life. Mrs. Mamidi is particularly helpful in this process. She always communicates with us on our kid's activities at school, and she has always been so kind and full of passion.
Kudos to Ms. Jenkins, Mrs. Nix, and Mr. T for always going above and beyond. Your help and kindness is much appreciated.
Thank you!!!
