We had the absolute best experience with Primrose. It is bittersweet that our children are going back to school, because they have been nothing but excellent.
The staff was super accommodating for us when our previous daycare just shut down, they accepted us, and our children had the best time ever since.
Their summer camp program is something we will definitely be back for. Our son had a great time going in several field trips, learning things, and actually doing activities over the summer.
Their teachers and staff are amazing, and we never once had an issue or anything but full love and competence with our kids. This has been beyond a five star experience for us.

I had a very negative experience with Primrose School of The Mid-Cities during the short time my family had children enrolled there.
My biggest concern was how the staff handled parent instructions about food. My fiancée and I were clear that our children should not be served carrots because they cause negative reactions and gastric distress. I believe any childcare center should respect a parent’s instruction not to serve a specific food to their child, especially when the parent is trying to prevent a known reaction. Instead, the response we received felt dismissive and unnecessarily rigid.
When I picked up the girls and tried to express our concerns, I felt the staff was unprofessional and defensive rather than helpful or reassuring. As a parent or caregiver, you should be able to raise a concern about your child’s food, safety, or care without feeling like the center is more focused on protecting itself than listening.
I understand that childcare centers have policies and paperwork requirements, but that should not override common sense or basic respect for parents’ wishes about what their children should and should not be fed. The situation was handled poorly, and it left us with very little trust in the center.
For the cost and reputation of Primrose, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and respect for parent concerns. I would not recommend this location.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose School of the Mid-Cities. The teachers and staff truly care about the children and create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can learn and grow. Communication with parents is excellent, and it’s clear that education, creativity, and character development are a top priority. Our child looks forward to going every day, and we’ve seen so much growth in confidence, social skills, and learning. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact Primrose has had on our family!

BEST DAYCARE IN TOWN!
The staff is absolutely wonderful! All the teachers are soo patient and loving with our kiddos :D, they are just as amazing! They are always great about communicating with the parents any needs or concerns which brings such peace of mind that they aren't just there to collect a check. I cannot thank Primrose for all the wonderful experiences and the huge impact you have made in our son's life in the past 3 years and now our baby girls (8 months) life, she LOOOVES her teachers and friends. He has made so many friends here, grown and learned so much that he enjoys going to school; I believe the same will be of our baby girls experiene here. This is the BEST primrose and top notch care in daycare/early school. THANK YOU!!!

We relocated to the area about one year ago and I have had my daughter in Primrose Mid-Cities since the beginning. I cannot say enough about the teachers that worked so hard to make her transition smoother. She has really continued to blossom. They spend much quality time with her and are very structured and provide a safe and stable environment that really allows her to grow and learn. I am most appreciative of her preschool teacher, Ms. Brown and her Pre K teacher, Mrs. M and Ms. Chavez who have impeccable demeanors and express and show true committment and compassion for their work and in particular, with my little girl. This school and staff has been a blessing!
