Primrose Eagle Springs was a wonderful experience for our child during Pre-KA with Mrs. H and Private Kindergarten with Mrs. White. Both educators provided exceptional instruction, support, and care, and we are grateful for the positive impact they had on our child's academic development. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the summer session between those two school years. We were informed that the summer program would reinforce and review the concepts our child had learned throughout the year; however, that was not our experience. We also discovered that information previously provided regarding age requirements for kindergarten enrollment was inaccurate. When concerns were raised about our child potentially being ready for kindergarten, we were repeatedly told that age was the determining factor, despite Mrs. H expressing on several occasions that our child would be better served in the kindergarten class. This explanation was later contradicted when we learned that a student in the following year's kindergarten class would not turn five until late fall/winter. When this discrepancy was brought to the administration's attention, our concerns were largely dismissed rather than addressed or clarified. Kindergarten with Mrs. White was exceptional. She fostered an outstanding learning environment, and our child thrived academically under her instruction. Throughout her time at Primrose, our child consistently scored above the 95th percentile on standardized assessments. We only wish Mrs. White could have continued advancing with her class. Because of our disappointing experience with the first summer program, I was hesitant to enroll our child again. Unfortunately, within less than a month of this year's summer session, we made the decision to withdraw our child. I have been very dissatisfied with my interactions with Mrs. Wilson and have observed a noticeable difference in how my child has been treated this summer. One incident that particularly concerned me involved my child being denied the opportunity to wash her hands after getting dirt on them while on the playground. She was required to remain with dirty hands for approximately ten minutes despite requesting to wash them. When this concern was raised, I questioned whether the same expectation would have been applied if she had needed to use the restroom. Requiring a child to wait in that circumstance could have resulted in embarrassment or an accident. To me, this reflected poor judgment and a lack of consideration for a child's basic needs. I highly recommend Mrs. H and Mrs. White for the outstanding education, dedication, and care they provide. However, based on our experiences, I would not recommend the summer programs at Primrose Eagle Springs. Interaction, lack of greeting and speaking declined as we came closer to our last day l, thus the decline is stars.

The infant teachers were the only positive part of this school. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was deeply concerning and unsafe. Things started well but declined significantly once constant classroom and teacher changes began. First, they decided to combine the two toddler classes for the benefit of the school and not the safety of the children. One morning, I personally observed that the classroom was out of ratio, 1:8. Management was unaware of this violation until I brought it to their attention. I spoke to the director about it. She blamed the teacher. Management took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! Later that same day, my child was sent to the ER while under their care after swallowing a piece of a plastic spoon—something I was never informed was even used in the classroom. Afterwards I asked that plastic spoons be removed from the toddler room for the safety precaution for ALL the toddlers, but management refused, stating it was “not a safety risk” and that plastic utensils were “easier for staff to use and throw away after”. They dismissed the incident as a “one-time thing” specific to my child and did not take it seriously at all. Management took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! Just days later, my son suffered another injury, hitting his mouth and biting his tongue after tripping over a chair causes bleeding that they had to “apply pressure to stop”. Again, I was given multiple versions of what occurred. The director later admitted that his teacher had lied to me about what happened which the chair incident. They just moved her to a different classroom! I was also told directly that they were having teacher issues and that teachers were not doing what they were supposed to do when not under direct supervision prior to these incidents with my son—extremely alarming to hear as a parent. I personally loved his infant A and B teachers but I still don’t know who was considered his toddler teachers because it was so many in and out of that classroom. They told me that certain teachers would be in my son’s classroom but yet none of those teachers were in that classroom while these incidents occurred. I felt lied to AGAIN! Please do not be fooled by the fake smiles. This school focuses more on protecting itself than fixing real problems. They have taken ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for anything. I never received an “I’m sorry this has happened”. I feel they were putting the blame on my son. When I informed the owner that my son would no longer attend due to safety concerns, her only concern was collecting two more weeks of tuition. She claimed my child would be safe due to “changes” she made but refused to provide any details when I asked what those changes were. Once I began requesting facts and documentation regarding safety, the owner stopped responding to my emails and never returned my phone calls. The only thing the owner did was request more money from me. This school operates as a business only. If you advocate for your child or raise concerns, expect deflection, dishonesty, and silence rather than accountability. If your child attends this school, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about safety procedures, supervision, staff honesty, and ratios when you feel needed. Watch carefully on their word choice and how they deflect. Trust and safety are my top priorities, and this school failed us!!

We moved our boys from one local primrose this location. It’s been nothing short of amazing. My youngest was potty trained within 2 weeks of being there and my oldest has flourished under guidance of Miss White and Miss Griggs in kindergarten. Forever grateful we made the switch to a primrose that follows true primrose curriculum! Many thanks!

First, if you would like your child to be in a warm environment, this is not the place. The director of the school is very rude to her employees and parents. She does not have a warm welcome at all. My wife and I toured the school and our 3 year old child went there. We removed him from the school due to the HIGH TURNOVER of staff. My child was only in school for 6 months and went through 3 teachers. CRAZY!! The owners are rigid and rude and do not have a heart for education. Neither do the teachers...thats why this school has a high turnover of staff. I would really suggest another Primrose or school.
