  My daughter Angela has been lucky to have Ms. Phillips as her teacher this year, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She is incredibly dedicated, patient, and always finds ways to make learning fun and meaningful. She creates a classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow both academically and personally. Ms. Phillips is also very communicative with parents and keeps us updated on our child’s progress. We highly recommend Ms. Phillips!

  Our family has been sending our children to this Primrose school for approximately 12 years. We have always felt that our children received excellent care and quality educational experiences here. The staff and administration have been wonderful to work with. Our kids have loved their time here and our 2 school aged children are thriving in their educational journeys. We feel Primrose gave them a great foundation to start on. Thank you Primrose at Fall Creek for all that you do!

  I absolutely loved this daycare! I had both my newborn and my infant come to this daycare and I never had any issues.This was my daughter and son's first time ever in daycare, so as a mom I had so much concerns but when I went in for a tour, all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I loved how they knew both of my babies by name and always greeted us when we arrived and told us goodbye when we left. They were able to teach my daughter Hailey so much!! She learned sign language and was able to communicate with staff and me. She was able to make friends and would come home with new words! Hailey absolutely loved it there, as soon as we entered the building Hailey knew what classroom to go, no crying or fuss. Just an occasional wave goodbye and she was running for her teachers! Primrose provided an app to keep parents up to date on what our child is doing throughout the day. What meals where fed, how much was eaten, what was taught in class, when she was taking a nap, diaper change, etc. I was always updated. I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare! If I ever go back to work, I will definitely be coming back to Primrose, the staff was just great!

  We have been enrolled at this center for two years. Over the last two years the level of care has definitely decreased. From the teachers to administration the care is trending downward. This is heartbreaking because Primrose is more than just a "daycare". When I signed my child up for the center, I personally made sure that I picked the best for him. However, that is not the case anymore. My hope is that they work on this issue so we can continue to be enrolled at this center.

  Pros: This childcare is beautiful and (some)of the teachers are passionate. Cons: There are a lot of unhappy teachers at this facility. The office staff treat the teachers very poorly and make their work environment stressful. The office have no idea what goes on in the class rooms nor do they care even if it's an emergency. Teachers gossip about each other, the parents and the children. The office is good at putting on a front when the parents or owners come in but in actuality DO NOT CARE! All the children is a $ sign to them. It's not fair to hear grown adults speak of a child in a negative and judgemental manner especially if they have behavior issues. Again this place looks nice but I rather send my child to a school that has passionate staff and teachers who genuinely care. Not grown adults having relations and making fun of parents and their children.
