  Very bad experience. Our daughter became sick with strep throat and pneumonia after attending this daycare, and unfortunately, she also passed the infection on to my wife and me. All three of us ended up getting sick, which has been a very concerning and difficult situation for our family. We understand that children can get sick, but as parents, we expect a daycare to have proper hygiene, prevention, and illness-control measures in place. We are very concerned that our daughter may have been exposed to an infection while at the daycare and that, as a result, our entire family became sick. We hope the daycare takes this situation seriously and improves its hygiene and illness-prevention measures to better protect the health of the children and their families.

  As a new mom unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep my child in any daycare because I can’t get over the sickness that come with being in day care and other children but I appreciate the fact that if I had a problem I was given a call even from the owner who explains everything clear and with transparency. I did LOVE how she learned so much from primrose and was able to be around kids her age. I love the updates they give throughout the day I have nothing bad to say it’s just my personal decision to keep my child home a little longer. I want to thank the staff for doing their best.

  It’s the 4th week of school and I can truly say my child loves being in Ms. Bella’s classroom. Each day, after I pick him up, he gets in the car telling me about how much she played with him and how nice she is and how he can’t wait to get back to school tomorrow. When choosing a childcare provider, that’s all a parent want to hear- is how well the teacher nurtures the students. :-)

  Primrose, thank you so much for the care you have shown my girls. I have truly enjoyed having them attend Primrose. Having them there provided me with a much-needed break, but more importantly, it gave my girls the opportunity to learn, play, socialize, and have a fun and educational experience in such a caring environment. One thing I especially loved was the open-door policy. As a parent, being able to come in and always feel welcomed gave me so much comfort. I also absolutely loved the Procare system and receiving updates throughout the day on their naps, activities, feedings, and other parts of their routine. Being able to see how their day was going while they were away from me really helped put my mind at ease and made me feel connected even when I wasn’t there. I am genuinely grateful for the teachers and staff who cared for my girls and helped make their time at Primrose such a positive experience. We honestly hate that we moved and had to leave because we would have loved for them to continue there. We will definitely miss everyone! Thank you again for everything you have done for my girls and our family. ❤️

  The staff is welcoming and friendly. They are always willing to answer questions and help where needed. You can see how they communicate with each other and help each other. My baby has been there going on 2 years and loves all of her teachers!
