At the end of 2023, we were looking to move into the area - Spring Branch/Memorial - from Clear Lake CIty. One of the most important considerations for us was finding a supportive and engaging childcare program for our toddler. Our little family was preparing for a new little as well, and we were mid- potty learning with our toddler so it was crucial to find a place that would foster a smooth transition and provide an encouraging learning environment where she could grow and thrive. I'm happy to say we found that with Primrose. Our toddler's teacher's were warm and patient and their creativity and care helped build our toddler's confidence and comfort day-by-day.
When we were looking into different available programs in the area, Primrose kept popping up as promoting a creative, educational, well-rounded learning style. We decided to visit and I immediately felt the warmth of the staff and I could see how interested our toddler seemed to be in exploring more of the classrooms. More than anything we wanted her to feel safe and supported, for her curiosity to be encouraged and for the process of learning new things to feel fun. We reviewed the learning mission and curriculum seemed all-encompassing and inclusive of incredibly important topics like emotional learning/understanding. The teachers seem to live this mission and we've loved all of the amazing teachers that have been a part of our older toddler's (and now our youngest's!) classrooms :)

My son has been at Primrose School of The Westchase District since 7 months old (he’s now 15 months), and we’ve had an amazing experience. Every teacher has been warm, caring, and genuinely invested in his growth. They keep us updated daily through the app, communicate often, and even track his development with ASQ check-ins. The meals are healthy, the activities are engaging, and I feel completely confident leaving him there each day. He has thrived in every classroom, and we’re so thankful for the care he’s received. Highly recommend!

Primrose Westchase was the home to my three babies, the teachers and welcoming classrooms of two of my children were absolutely top notch —until several events using acts of terror to correct toddlers were brought to light.
The directors of Primrose Westchase proceeded to hush these horrific events among staff, instead of taking prompt communicative action. I can not recommend this facility, I do not trust this facility, and will answer any questions or concerns regarding this review personally.
These events have been reported to the state of Texas.

About a year, we withdrew our child from the pre-k program at this school due to the poor curriculum. We just found out from a parent that she witnessed our child being physically abused by a teacher. Our son was grabbed by his collar and shoved to the wall by a teacher. Thankfully the parent was there to put an end to the teachers abuse and immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk/owner. However, nothing was done and no one from the school informed us of this incident. We walked around unaware of what our child went through.
Upon hearing this, we went to straight to the school and confronted the director who denied any such incident ever happened. She went as far as denying the parent who informed us. We pushed a little more and threatened to call the parent. With this new treat, the director immediate recalled the incident and knew the parent we talked about. To add to all this, we also found out this abusive teacher still works at this location.
The school is after money and not the well being of kids. Please keep away from this location. We are looking to open up an investigation and take legal actions
