Worst experience ever. Listen to your child and trust your instincts. My child attended this school for only two months, and the experience was extremely upsetting for him and for our family. Before this school, he attended two other schools and was happy and comfortable. Since leaving this school, he has started at a new school and is happy again. However, the impact of those two months is still very real. We still cannot go to the mall without him becoming extremely upset. Every time we approach the Galleria parking garage, he starts crying because he associates the location with his previous experience at this school. He also experienced nightmares during the two months he was there. As a parent, it is heartbreaking to see your child develop this kind of fear and anxiety associated with a place where they were supposed to feel safe. I don’t know what happened during his time there, or whether other children have had similar experiences, but I truly hope my child can heal from what was, for him, a very traumatizing experience. Parents, please listen to your children, pay attention to changes in their behavior, and trust your instincts. Your child’s emotional well-being comes first.

We absolutely love Primrose School! The teachers and staff are caring, kind, and truly dedicated. I feel very happy and confident knowing that my son is in such a wonderful, safe, and nurturing environment. We are so grateful to be part of the Primrose family, and I’m very proud and happy that my son is a student here. Thank you for everything you do! ❤️

I cannot recommend this daycare. We clearly explained that our 2½-year-old doesn't speak English and were promised language support, but that support never materialized. Instead of helping him adjust, management repeatedly labeled normal toddler behavior—like removing his shoes or trying to open a classroom door—as “safety concerns” and eventually gave us an ultimatum that he improve or leave. Even worse, his lead teacher repeatedly showed little effort to comfort him while he cried and clung to us at drop-off, leaving other teachers to step in. Meanwhile, despite management’s constant emphasis on “safety,” we witnessed diaper changes with the bathroom door open, compromising children’s privacy. Poor communication, little compassion, and virtually no effort to help our toddler adjust. We withdrew him because we no longer trusted the school with his care.
