Just the first meeting with the team put my mind at so much ease. Shelby knew the answer to every question I had and did everything in her power to make sure my kids and I were comfortable and had a positive experience. I absolutely adored the teachers in my son’s newborn class and my daughter has really loved the after school experience. I love that I’m aware of every diaper change, bottle, and spit up as well as every time my daughter goes to the playground and back to her class. I never have to wonder where my kids are or what they are doing and the front desk was happy to let me speak to them or check in on them when I was nervously calling to see how they were adjusting. We love our Primrose crew!

Unfortunately that is not how it always works out. Thankfully we found Primrose School at Lakeshore. We went in for a tour and ALL of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! the owner also had stopped in and was nothing but kind and welcoming. The staff is great, and my kids absolutely love their school. We could not be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Thank you Primrose staff for taking such great care of my sweet babies!
