From day one, the staff has made our family feel welcomed, supported, and confident that our child is receiving the very best care and education. A special thank you to Ms. Lauren, Ms. Nancy, Mrs. Talje, and Mrs. Neerali for their kindness, patience, and genuine dedication. They create such a warm, nurturing environment while encouraging learning, creativity, and confidence every day. It’s clear they truly care about each child and go above and beyond to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. The communication with families is excellent, the classrooms are engaging and well-organized, and it’s comforting to know our child is excited to go to school each morning. Seeing the progress and happiness our child has experienced has been incredible. We highly recommend Primrose at Crossroads to any family looking for a preschool with caring teachers, a strong educational foundation, and a positive, loving environment!

Walking in, all staff members greeted my son by his name which made him (and me) feel welcome and comfortable. Drop offs were occasionally rough, but the teachers saw I was struggling to leave and would tend to my son to make him feel comfortable enough to let me leave. Ms. Katy, Ms. Debby, and Ms. Michelle were my son’s favorite teachers. They all gave him the attention he needed throughout the day and would even give me progress updates during drop off or pick up (in addition to what’s added in the ProCare app) showing me they really cared about my son and paid attention to how he was/what he was doing throughout the day. We loved seeing the new things our son learned while at Primrose. The curriculum helped him hit milestones on time or even earlier. We left the school for personal reasons but everyone was so kind and understood. They never guilted us for doing what was best for our family and even said we are welcome back should things change. Highly recommend this daycare/preschool!

The staff has been caring and supportive, and it’s been great watching our child build confidence, social skills, and independence in a positive environment.
