    First impressions are EVERYTHING especially when trying to find a new daycare. I wish I had gotten the assistant directors name just so I can call out how horrible she is! I had a 12:30 tour and I arrived at 12:00. When I rang the doorbell another teacher opened the door and I mentioned I had a tour scheduled. The AD came out and said “okay. Have a seat and fill this out” no introduction. I then heard her ask another teacher to give me the tour. The teacher came out of the office and introduced herself and said she would be giving me the tour. I looked at the AD and she just blankly stared back and went to a closet to get her things. The teacher asked if she should give some sort of packet and the AD just said no and just like that walked out of the building. The teacher, her name was Ms. Norma. I can tell she was a sweet girl and meant well. But it was the AD that ruined it for me. She could have politely introduced herself and say she wasn't going to be giving me the tour for whatever reason and have introduced Ms. Norma to me. I would have respected that a lot more! But the way she handled it! Maybe she was hangry because she was going to lunch but again, she could have said something instead "sit here and fill this out!" Because of her, I told Ms. Norma that she rubbed me the wrong way and I will not be touring. If first impressions matter to you, then I hope you are not “greeted” by the assistant director. She is definitely in the wrong line of work!

    We love this place! This was our first time doing daycare with our 1st baby too! Staff is amazing, everyone is so kind. Shout out to Miss Ana, Miss Aida, Miss Denise, Miss Andrea, and all the other teachers in the Infant room. You ladies make our experience (mom, dad, and baby) wonderful. We feel safe here, the facility is very clean, staff is very responsive, and love the activities and the care they have for our child. 100% recommend :)

    I have nothing but positive things to say about Bunker Hill KinderCare. The director and teachers are amazing, and my daughter comes home happy every day. It is worth checking out!
