  We were privileged to find this school after a bad experience elsewhere. What an immediate difference it made in the life of our child and the impact on our family! We ended up sending both our kids here and experienced the infant and toddler programs from start to finish. The staff was amazing. The communication was thorough and professional. The leadership was thoughtful and experienced. They do a fantastic job of extra events, grandparents day, aunt and uncle day, snow cone days, music days, snow cone days, etc. There was always something going on that allowed us to meet the parents of our kids friends and we still have those friendships. It felt more like an extended family than a typical "daycare". My wife and I teared up on the last day our youngest attended Primrose and we talk about it often. I hope if they need a dancing dinosaur for trunk or treats down the road that we get invited back.

  We have had our daughter at PSHV from infant class all the way through her Pre-K graduation, and now she's staying for the summer. Not once have we hesitated to drop her off. I can't name all the wonderful teachers because there have been so many who have made a positive impact on her, but every one of them has been kind, caring, and genuinely interested in our daughter and our family. Mrs. Ghattas and the front office staff are always professional and make it clear how seriously they take safety. Every time we've been there, the kids are happy, engaged, and having fun. We're so grateful our daughter has had such a positive start to her learning journey. We highly recommend this school for families who want peace of mind knowing their child is in a nurturing environment.

  We are so thankful for the wonderful experience our daughter had at this school. She truly enjoyed being there every day, and it was amazing to watch her grow both academically and personally throughout her time there. The teachers and staff created such a caring, supportive, and encouraging environment that helped build her confidence and love for learning. We appreciate all the patience, dedication, and kindness shown to our family, and we will always look back on this experience fondly.

  Primrose Highland Village has been an incredible experience for our family. The staff and teachers are truly kind, patient, and compassionate—they genuinely care about every child. They’ve helped both of my sons grow not just intellectually, but emotionally as well. It’s amazing to see how much they’ve learned and how confident they’ve become in such a nurturing environment. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done.

  We absolutely love Primrose School at Highland Village and are so grateful for the care they provide our 4-year-old son. The teachers and staff are incredibly kind, patient, and dedicated. You can truly feel their commitment, respect, and genuine love for children in everything they do.
