After she no longer worked there, I haven’t had any complaints! Went from great to perfect! Good learning environment, friendly staff, and close to home.

The teachers are incredibly caring and patient, creating a warm and nurturing environment where my child feels safe and excited to learn every day. The curriculum is well-rounded, with a great mix of play-based learning, hands-on activities, and opportunities for social development. I’ve noticed significant growth in my child’s social and cognitive skills since attending. The communication from the school is excellent, sending out updates with pictures and videos daily.

After my initial visit to the school, I knew that Primrose Parkwood Hill was the best fit our daughter. It was a safe learning environment for her and the teachers and staff were caring and professional and do everything to make all the families feel special and welcome. The school's communication policy was effective and the Director, Candice, was always attentive and available to listen to any questions or concerns. The food offered was well-balanced, nutritious and plentiful. As a two parent working household, we also appreciated the fact that the school offered extra-curricular activities during the school day. As a result, our daughter was able to enroll in several activities that she otherwise would not have been able to participate in due to our working schedules. Lastly, my husband and I loved the Tadpoles communication method that Primrose utilized. Via email, we would receive pictures of our daughter throughout the day as she engaged in different actives; we'd also receive updates on lessons taught as well as her meals eaten and nap times. Overall, we were highly satisfied with Primrose Parkwood Hill and recommend them to others.
