  We love and are so thankful for Primrose School of Lakehill!! If you are looking for a daycare for your little one (& for you to have peace of mind while you work), I could not recommend this school more. Ms. Swati and Ms. Parveen were such an incredible part of our daughter's first months at daycare. Dropping her off at daycare for the very first time was one of the hardest things we've ever done, but they made that transition so much easier than we ever imagined. It was obvious every day how much they genuinely cared for our daughter, and knowing she was loved, comforted, and celebrated while we were at work meant more than I can put into words. Every update and photo, every smile at drop off and pick up, every little story about her day reminded us that she wasn't just being cared for--she was genuinely known and loved. We will always be incredibly grateful for the impact they had on both our girl and our family. Moving classrooms was something I was surprisingly emotional about because our daughter had built such a special bond with her teachers and I feel like she just started (time sure flies!!). But knowing that Ms. Latisha and Ms. Nyla have spent time with her, and Ms. Swati and Ms. Parveen are still right there, made us feel just as confident and excited about this next chapter. Ms. Latisha and Ms. Nyla have welcomed her with so much warmth and kindness, and it's been so sweet watching her settle into her new classroom and continue to thrive. We appreciate how welcoming, patient, and caring they've been, and it's clear they're helping make this next stage such a positive experience for her. One of the things we love most about the school is the culture that's been created and how it truly feels like one big family. We truly appreciate that everyone knows our daughter by name, and every morning we're greeted by smiling faces that genuinely seem happy to see her there for the day. That may seem like a small thing, but as parents, it means everything. Thank you all for everything you and your team do each day- we feel incredibly lucky to have our daughter at this school!

  We have been so happy with the care Primrose School of Lakehill has provided for our daughter, Leilani. It has truly been such a wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, we have seen so much growth and improvement in her, and it has been amazing to watch her become more confident and independent. Leilani is excited to go to school every morning and comes home happy, which means everything to us as parents. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, loving, and attentive. You can genuinely tell that they care about the children and their well-being. Since starting at Primrose, Leilani has grown so much. We have especially noticed a lot of progress with potty training, communication, and socializing with children her own age. It makes us so proud to see how much she has learned and how far she has come. The staff also does a wonderful job communicating with us and keeping us informed. As parents, it is such a comforting feeling to know that our daughter is in a safe, caring, and welcoming environment while we are away. We are incredibly grateful that we found Primrose School of Lakehill. We would absolutely recommend it to any family looking for a loving, nurturing, and welcoming place for their child. Thank you to all the teachers and staff for everything you do for Leilani! ❤️

  My son spent four years here. I sincerely thank Christine and Mike, the directors, and the teachers for being able to spend four years here together. When my child was officially about to go to school, they gave us advice in various directions, and as a result, my son is now attending a good school called St. Mark's School of Texas. There is something special about Christine's love for children. The genuine love our family felt is still unforgettable, even more than two years after graduation. I always recommend this place to the people around me. If you look at day care place around here, I would definitely recommend this place.

  My 4 year old and one year old have both been attending for 1 year now and we have loved every teacher so far! The young and older infant classes are so much fun for the babies (they do fun songs and lessons for babies and they all look so happy in the pictures). But the thing I love the MOST is how LOVED everyone there from the owners, teachers, directors and Chef Red all make my children feel! They are truly apart of my village and I feel so blessed! PS: if you are looking for a place for summer, they have a super fun summer school schedule with activities almost everyday and the older kids get to do field trips 1-2 times a week!

  After four years at Primrose of Lakehill, I am deeply disappointed with how my son and our family were treated, particularly by the staff and the owner. What ultimately led us to withdraw was a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct, poor judgment, and a clear inability to appropriately support a young child. My son’s teacher, consistently told me during drop-offs and parent teacher conferences that my son was doing well and shared positive feedback. However, I later learned she was telling other parents that my 5 year old was a “bad influence.” Speaking negatively about a child to other parents, especially one so young, is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The most concerning behavior came from the owner, Christine, whose conduct during the final weeks was highly unprofessional. I received constant calls during the workday demanding that I pick up my son immediately due to “emergencies” caused by tantrums. These repeated interruptions negatively affected my job performance, with no empathy or flexibility shown. Tantrums are developmentally appropriate at this age, yet the staff appeared unable or unwilling to handle them. Despite paying high tuition per month for two children, I was repeatedly made to feel as though my child was an inconvenience rather than a student deserving care and guidance. Another major concern was that naps were completely eliminated for the children. After visiting multiple other daycare centers, I learned that most schools continue naps and gradually phase them out closer to the start of the school year. Removing naps entirely for young children contributed significantly to overstimulation and emotional dysregulation, yet this was never addressed. My son was frequently placed in rooms with older children (ages 7+) during aftercare. Soon after, he began repeating inappropriate English words and phrases that are not used in our home (we are a Spanish speaking household). Rather than addressing the environment, responsibility was shifted onto my child. On multiple occasions, my son was removed from the classroom due to tantrums. The final incident occurred when he threw a toy, after which the teacher stated the classroom “did not feel safe” with him present. Suggesting that a classroom is unsafe because of a five year old raises serious concerns about staff training and preparedness. At that point, it was clear that my son was the one who no longer felt safe. There were further serious safety and judgment issues: My son required a specialist visit after placing a small bead in his ear, items that a specialist confirmed should never be accessible in a daycare setting. When I sent a water bottle with my child, staff hid it to prevent him from using it, choosing instead to give tap water without consent or communication. Over time, it became clear that this daycare expects children to be submissive and compliant, rather than supported as individuals. Labeling children instead of helping them is not okay. This school has changed significantly over the years, and not for the better. I cannot recommend Primrose of Lakehill to any family. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and look elsewhere.
