Our family has been part of Primrose School of Frisco West for the past 2.5 years. Both of our children began in the younger toddler classroom, and although there has been some teacher turnover in the younger classrooms, we’ve always felt that the administrative team and teachers genuinely care about the children and work hard to create a nurturing environment. While the turnover was the only real challenge we experienced — as our kids lost a few caregivers they had really bonded with — we’ve also been fortunate to have some truly exceptional teachers who made a lasting impact.
My son initially struggled with daycare, but Mrs. Tonya made a wonderful difference. She found ways to engage him in her Preschool classroom and helped him learn and grow in so many ways over the past year. My daughter absolutely adores Mrs. Priyanka — her enthusiasm and positive energy are contagious! Her way of dealing with the kids and her leadership really stand out. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and we’re so grateful for the joy and dedication she brings to her classroom every day and how deeply she connects with the kids.

The Primrose staff made me feel at ease transitioning into daycare with a young infant. My son joined at around 6 months and the whole team of teachers were kind enough to be patient as he slowly got comfortable. I am so grateful for all the teachers who have been a part of my son's school experience.

We have all heard the phrase that "it takes a village to raise a child." We are beyond grateful that Primrose Frisco West is a part of ours, to help us raise three, especially as a work-outside-the-home mom who has regular work travel -- with a husband who has a long daily commute. My now 9 year old started at 18 months; my 7 year old started at 6 months, and my 2 year old started at 3 months.
Real talk: as parents, at a basic level, we need someone to watch our kids and keep them safe and their basic needs met while we work. There are lots of places that can do that.
But Primrose Frisco West goes above and beyond. What initially drew us was the holistic curriculum (not just academic but social and developmental skills) and the location being close to our home and us not having to make breakfast or lunch, but what has kept us is how they go above and beyond to create a sense of community and how they help us busy parents create moments and memories. Whenever we have had concerns, they are responsive and proactive with suggested solutions, are open and collaborative and I appreciate how much they communicate (in my chaotic world, overcommunicating is better than not enough).
It is difficult to convey all the details in how they have created a community but a few to give you a flavor: a display of veterans of on Veterans Day, a Trunk or Treat that included games, activities, food trucks and shopping from local vendors, parade for Fourth of July, displays for National Sons Day and National Daughters Day, pop-ups like coffee bar and donuts for Mothers and Fathers' Day, inviting grandparents to read for Grandparents' Day -- all of which takes time and energy - and all of it is executed with enthusiasm and joy.
As a professional, I see how leadership and professional development is prioritized and how they pour into teachers and their development. Having been at the school for a long time, I have witnessed how teachers have grown into administrative staff roles and how they are growth-minded and open to suggestions and trying new things. Happy, fulfilled teachers benefits our kids, and I have seen that.
All this to say that this school has been and continues to be wonderful to us. I cannot recommend it enough. Olivia and Orion were very prepared for elementary - both socially and academically, and I owe all of that to Primrose Frisco West.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose of Frisco West. We now have three children at the school. Our daughter just graduated pre-k and she is more than ready for kindergarten. She has grown so much over the past couple of years. Our son has been at the school since he was an infant and is so excited to start each day at school. We have an infant who I drop off every day knowing that she is being well taken care of. The love that they teachers have for our babies is something that I will never take for granted. The front office staff is amazing. They are easy to work with and extremely helpful. The leadership team and teachers are very easy to communicate with and approachable. I highly recommend Primrose School of Frisco West!

I am very satisfied with this school. I got a job outside Texas so my husband was left alone with my 2.5 year old son. But he never faced much problem managing our toddler thanks to Primrose for taking care of my kid while I was away. I used to just come over on the weekends. But i found a lot of improvement in my child's language and communication. He too loves school.
