  As a dad, it means a lot knowing my kids are happy, safe, and well taken care of. I really appreciate all the teachers and everything y’all do for my babies every day. Thank y’all! I know taking care of and teaching little ones isn’t always easy, so I definitely don’t take what you all do for granted.

  We’ve been with Primrose School of Frisco at Independence for four years, and the last few months have been especially good. Mrs. Johnson took over as director at the start of the summer, and the biggest difference is communication. I know how my kids are doing and how things actually work, without having to chase anyone down for an answer. She’s accommodating when I need something, the front desk is consistently kind, and it’s clear the teachers are well supported by management — which shows up in how they are with the kids. Ms. Ana and Ms. Almiyah are the kind of teachers you hope your child gets. Both pay real attention to the individual kid in front of them and adjust to what that child actually needs, rather than expecting every kid to fit the same mold. Patient, consistent, genuinely warm. After four years here, I can say my kids are cared for during the day — not just supervised.

  My two boys (2 and 8 months) started at Primrose about 5 weeks ago. Although we have only been there for a short period of time, it has been such a stellar experience. We came from a daycare that i did not feel comfortable with and so safety, love were my top priorities. Without a doubt, Primrose has exceeded my expectations! From the tour, to immediate communicatio, the admin team is incredibly organized and friendly. The teachers are overly communicative and you can tell all kids are excited to be there! My oldest son has come out of his shell soooo much- something we had not really seen prior to starting here! And my littlest is smiling in every picture- warms my heart! We have enjoyed our time at Primrose and cant wait for more! And highly recommend to those in the area. You wont be disappointed!

  My kiddo has been with Primrose Independence for just over 3 years (since she was one), and it’s genuinely been an amazing experience all around for her. She comes home every day excited to tell me about her day, her teachers & friends, and everything she’s learned. The teachers have helped her come out of her little shell and grow into a confident and incredibly strong willed little girl — it’s obvious how much they genuinely care, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for her. I could not recommend Primrose more!!!

  My daughter attends YT, and we have had a wonderful experience since she joined. Her teachers, Ms. Allison and Ms. Juli, are so kind, caring, and friendly. They communicate with us very well and always keep us informed about her progress. We have seen our daughter grow and learn so much during her time there. We also love Mrs Johnson! She always has such a positive attitude, a warm smile, and takes the time to say hello, even when she’s busy. She is attentive, welcoming, and helps create a wonderful environment for both the children and the parents. Thank you all for taking such great care of our little girl. We truly appreciate everything you do!
