I am extremely disappointed with this daycare. My baby was bitten three times here, and every time I brought it up, I got no valid response—just excuses like “kids this age are like this.” After the third time, they even told me my baby bit another child, which felt like deflection. We’ve always asked if she ever hits anyone, and the teachers always said no—unless someone provokes her. At this point, I was scared to send her anymore. Three incidents in a row show a lack of supervision and accountability. I expect my child to be safe, not repeatedly harmed and then blamed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Primrose at Alliance is AMAZING. As a first time mom I had a fear of putting my son in Daycare but they made it so easy to drop him off because I know they truly care for my son and all the other kids there.

We have had our toddler here for 2 school years. A side from his very first teacher (Ms. Cornell), this school has been a mess. They can’t keep staff, they can’t keep directors, they may look clean but my child has never been more sick in his life. All they care about is money. If your child comes home with an issue that happened while under their care, and has to miss school they will continue charging you their overly priced fees because it’s “policy”. I get that if we chose to keep him from school. But when he’s sick from the lack of sanitation in his class and lack of communication about other children’s diseases FOR A WHOLE WEEK, that is on them not us and they still want to charge full price for your child missing. I thought this was all normal. That it was just the way preschool was. But in fact it is not, new moms this place is NOT normal and DO NOT settle. They will tell you they have certain amount of teachers per kids, but they won’t. They will say there’s always a certified teacher in the class with assistants, there isn’t. I feel so bad I genuinely thought this was the best place for my baby. I’d drive 45 mins round trip for him to go. But come to find out, it’s been wrong the whole time. Not sure if every location is like this, but the alliance location is 0/10 recommended.
