  Beautiful Center, very clean, organized, front office is very welcoming. teachers are very engaged with children and activities. Couldn't have chosen a better center for my child.

  I recently withdrew my infant daughter from this daycare after a short time due to multiple concerns regarding her care and safety. During her time there, I noticed a pattern of limited engagement. She was frequently placed down for sleep rather than participating in age-appropriate activities. In one of the few activity videos shared with me, an older infant was pulling on the toys attached above her playmat while she was lying underneath, which raised safety concerns for me. There were also communication issues early on. Within the first couple of weeks, I was not informed about changes in her assigned teacher’s schedule. As a result, my daughter spent extended time with opening staff in what appeared to be a room with more infants than caregivers. This lack of consistency and clarity was concerning. Additionally, my daughter received two incident reports within one week of being enrolled, one of which I never received directly and had to question. One report referenced bleeding from her mouth, which was especially alarming as that had never occurred prior. I also observed issues with basic care. There were multiple occasions where she remained in the same diaper for 3+ hours, and her diaper rash did not improve during her time there. Her pediatrician expressed concern after I explained the situation, which ultimately contributed to our decision to remove her. Feeding and post-feeding care were also concerning. On one occasion, I arrived to find her crying intensely in her crib shortly after being fed. When I picked her up, she immediately burped and spit up, which suggested she may have been laid down too quickly after eating. There were also concerns regarding billing transparency. At one point, our weekly rate increased without clear explanation, and when I asked for clarification, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. Finally, I noticed that during outdoor time, she was often kept in a cart while other infants were more actively engaged. She was frequently crying at pickup, which was difficult to see as a parent. Every family’s experience may differ, but based on these concerns, we made the decision to withdraw our daughter and find care that better meets her needs.

  Our family has had a wonderful experience with this KinderCare location. The teachers, Director, and Assistant Director have been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive since day one. As first time parents, this has made us feel confident and comfortable. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I particularly love how creative and engaging the classrooms are! It’s clear how much time, thought, and effort goes into the activities and curriculum. Our daughter is happy and thriving at this center, especially with her wonderful teacher Ms. Teresa. Ms. Teresa goes above and beyond - her patience, warmth, and creativity has made a difference in our daughter’s confidence and growth. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the children and loves what she does. We are very grateful for the care our family has received and highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing environment.

  My son started at Horizon City KinderCare December 2025 , and the experience has truly been a 360-degree transformation for him. As a child with multiple developmental delays, finding the right support was incredibly important to us. Ms. Karla, his Pre-K teacher, has been such a positive influence. She is patient, kind, and loving, and she has helped my son grow in so many ways. He has learned to share, communicate more, and express when he needs help. I especially appreciate how the center uses a daily visual schedule and timers to help guide him through transitions. That structure has made such a difference in his confidence and independence. Ms. Miriam, the Learning Adventures teacher, is also amazing. She provides that extra support he needs and always looks out for his best interests, especially during music class. I am so thankful for all the incredible teachers who work at this beautiful center. They have truly made a lasting impact on our family.

  We are so fortunate that our son is in Ms. Teresa's room. She is so patient and so gentle. She sincerely cares about him having a good day and has been so accommodating and communicative. This facility is clean and orderly and every single person is kind, greets us, and knows my son's name. I feel very comfortable with him in Ms. Teresa's care. Highly recommend.
