As a parent, the most important thing to me is knowing that my children are safe, happy, and loved when I’m not around. Both of my children have had such wonderful experiences at Primrose from the infant room all the way through preschool.
From the moment you walk in the door, you and your children are always greeted by at least one member of the incredible admin team and each staff member your encounter takes the time to greet your child(ren) by name. It’s incredible how quickly everyone gets to know your children and how well my kids have taken to each of their teachers.
When going back to work and leaving my infant for the first time with no bottle training, I was truly touched by the lengths each teacher and administrator went to to try and teach her to take a bottle. I am pretty confident that every single employee of Primrose attempted to feed her at least once while she got the hang of it, an act that only reinforced my appreciation of the entire staff and school.
What I am most grateful for each day is their flexibility with our unconventional drop off and pick up times - my unpredictable work schedule makes it difficult to commit to a standard 8-5, so this was a big deciding factor in which daycare we chose. We have been 100% satisfied with Primrose of Dripping Springs and highly recommend to any parents in the area looking for reliable care.

We are lucky to have our Primrose family! Our 3 kids (3-year-old twins and a 16-month-old) always feel loved and supported. Both twins have Celiac Disease and the staff at Primrose goes above and beyond to accommodate their dietary restrictions. Between the wonderful chef, the teachers and the administrative staff that will literally run to the store just for gluten free items for our boys, we are confident that they are safe and taken care of at Primrose.

All 3 of our kiddos attend Primrose of Dripping Springs, and I cannot say enough great things about them. The teachers are wonderful and give our kiddos the best care while also teaching them so many great lessons. The leadership team is great about communicating events and getting to know all the parents and kids, so it really does feel like a family.
Our kids are so excited to go to school every morning, and if you ask who their best friend is, 9/10 times they say their teacher at Primrose. We have had our kids in 2 other daycares before moving to Austin, and we have been so impressed and happy with Primrose!

Our family has quite the Primrose history — we’ve had children enrolled in four different Primrose schools over the years, starting with our oldest when he was a baby in New Jersey, then Westlake Hills, Southwest Austin, and now Primrose of Dripping Springs. We’ve had wonderful experiences across the board, which is what originally drew us back.
A few years ago our daughter briefly attended the Dripping Springs location, and at that time we realized the leadership just wasn’t the right fit for us. When we later started looking for care for our youngest, we reached out again and learned there had been a change in leadership. The team even remembered our previous experience, which honestly meant a lot. It showed us they had taken it seriously and were committed to doing better.
Since enrolling again, our experience has been everything we hoped for and more. Under Deshunna’s leadership, the school truly feels like a community. The teachers clearly care deeply about the children, and it shows every single day. It’s so obvious that the teachers adore the kids, and the kids adore them right back.
As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is safe, loved, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Primrose of Dripping Springs gives us that peace of mind every day. We’re grateful to be part of this school community and would absolutely recommend it to other families.

Really glad I gave 1 $150 deposit to secure a place in their wait-list in April 2024 when there was only one or two kids in front of us in the wait-list! Fast forward and it took 14 months before I ever got an email back. Could've offered a refund in good faith. Visited the school and it's pretty basic compared to a tuition that's on the higher end - and night and day compared to the likes of Goddard or Prep facilities we visited. When inquiring around to former primrose families who have now moved to other schools, RECENT feedback is always that this school isn't well managed.
