  We have had an excellent experience at Primrose School of Bent Trail. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have created a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. One of the things we appreciate most is the close-knit community. It's clear that the teachers and administrators genuinely know and care about each child, and that personal connection makes a huge difference. The curriculum provides a great balance of academics and creativity, and we've watched our children gain confidence, independence, and a love of learning during their time here. We're incredibly grateful for the care and dedication of the entire Primrose team.

  We started our son here when he was one and stayed for two years (we moved). After moving him to another Primrose, I can honestly say we miss our Bent Trail family so much. One of the things we loved most is that it's one of the smaller Primrose schools, so you really get to know all of the teachers extremely well (Ms. Jess, Ms. Marilyn, Ms. Alonso and more!). Everyone is incredibly nice and genuinely care about all the kiddos. The former ED, Kendall Johnson, and Director of Admissions, Ms. Izzy, were the best. They truly cared about the kids and made us feel supported from day one. I always felt at ease at drop off because I knew he was in great hands. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I can't recommend Primrose Bent Trail enough!

  This school is so great! My sister toured here and only had great things to say about Ms.Izzy and how she showed how the school truly felt like a home away from home. From the curriculum to the staff, seemed so amazing. I truly wouldn’t want my nephew to go anywhere else. This is the school to go to!!!!

  We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose School at Bent Trail. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and truly make us feel like our daughter is in great hands every day. It is clear that they take the time to get to know each child and create a warm, safe, and supportive environment. We have seen so much growth in our daughter since she started attending. She is learning new things all the time, becoming more confident, and always seems happy when we pick her up. We really appreciate the communication from the teachers and the effort they put into making each day meaningful and fun. We are very grateful for the care, patience, and dedication the Primrose team shows. We would definitely recommend Primrose School at Bent Trail to other families looking for a nurturing place where their child can learn, grow, and feel loved.

  I cannot say enough good things about this magical school. From the front office staff to every single teacher in every room, the women of Primrose BT have become family to us. Mrs. Chills leads a Pre-K classroom that fosters education, creativity, fun, and JOY. It is a safe space for every child to be his/her truest self, and it is a beautiful thing to see. In the Older Toddler class, kids come in at the age where they feel the biggest feelings but do not yet have the tools to express themselves, and Ms. Jess and Ms. Marilyn give them those tools and are patient, loving, and incredibly effective in teaching a class full of 18-24 month olds. I cannot believe how much my twins have learned in their time with Ms. Jess and Ms. Marilyn. I am so grateful for everyone at Bent Trail for the huge part they've played (and continue to play) in helping us raise our children.
