We have been part of the Primrose School of Castle Hills family for nearly a decade, with both of our children completing their early education there. Our experience with the teachers, staff, and leadership has been exceptional throughout the years. Not once have our children come home from Primrose after having a bad day — a true reflection of the caring and nurturing environment the school provides. Primrose earned our complete trust with our first child, which made the decision to enroll our second child there an easy one. Our family has always been treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. We would especially like to recognize Mrs. Braun, whose leadership has been instrumental in the success of the school. She leads with warmth, grace, and genuine care, while always being attentive and responsive to parents’ needs. One of the most remarkable things about her is how she remembers families and children by name, even years after they have graduated. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact Primrose of Castle Hills has had on our family and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and supportive early education environment.

I cannot speak highly enough of the front desk/administration team and the teachers we’ve had. It truly feels like I’ve expanded my village with how much everyone cares for my son. I trust them completely—which is not easy for me—and that says everything.

We have had both of our boys at Primrose School of Castle Hills for many years and I couldn't rate high enough. We’ve been so lucky to be a part of this special family at Primrose. We have gotten to experience the most genuine loving and caring education full of patience and kindness from the BEST preschool teachers and staff ever. As this is our last full year here, we will undeniably miss this school where our boys spent so many happy years growing and learning. HIGHLY recommend!

We've been part of the Primrose family for almost seven years, starting when my oldest son was just 12 weeks old. Over the years, they have loved and nurtured all three of my children, helping them grow not only academically but socially and emotionally as well. One thing we especially appreciate is the stability among the teachers. In most classrooms, the lead teachers have been there for many years, which creates such a wonderful sense of consistency and security for the kids. Seeing the same caring faces year after year has made a big difference for our family. We also can’t say enough wonderful things about the Director, Mrs. Braun. She has such a kind heart and a genuine love for children, while also being a strong advocate for them and ensuring the school is run with care, intention, and integrity. We currently have one child in the PK2 class and one in the infant classroom, and we absolutely adore the infant room lead teacher. As parents, it can be incredibly difficult to send your young infant to daycare, but knowing our baby is being looked after and loved by Ms. C every single day brings us so much comfort. She is incredible with the babies—you can truly see how much she cares about them. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does and has such a natural understanding of their needs. Primrose has been such an important part of our family’s journey, and we’re so grateful for the love, care, and support they’ve given our children over the years. 💛

Our son John was a preemie and was born at 32 weeks. We were very fortunate that he didn’t have any complications and was able to stay home with Grandma for the first year of his life. John has been here at Primrose since he was one year old. He/we absolutely love it here at Primrose! We have even been lucky enough to have had Mrs. Estridge twice. John was in Mrs. Estridge’s class when he was a toddler. Then we won the lottery when we found out she was back as the Kindergarten teacher! I know I am a bit biased, but John is super smart and we have Primrose School and Mrs. Estridge to thank for that! Primrose’s curriculum and the low student/teacher ratio has enabled him to excel in Kindergarten and erase all of our apprehensions of him moving into public school later on this year. If we could, we would keep him here throughout his elementary years. I am sad and really cannot believe that this is his last year. I cannot say enough good things about the school and the staff! You will most definitely be making the right decision to send your child to Primrose School at Castle Hills!
