- IBIsabella BernalMar 11, 20255.0Our experience at Kindercare has been so so wholesome, our son is 2 years old and absolutely adores Miss Ariel! All weekend he just kept saying her name and I’d ask him “do you love miss Ariel?” And he’d say “yes!” Even when it comes to conflict with another child biting our son they called us immediately and were very matter of fact about the situation which his dad and I appreciate very much. This is the first daycare we have put our son into and it can be really hard and scary to trust another person with your child but miss Ariel and miss Savanna have made this decision very affirming for us. Also knowing that they’re both mother's makes the process of trusting them easier as well!
- SWScott Van De WaterApr 22, 20191.0Overall a subpar experience for parent and child alike. - whole facility smells... this is not a “one-off” as I thought when we walked through - staff is less than professional... they are underpaid, undereducated, undertrained, and have a fake-it-till-they-make-it mentality. - there are several daycares/schools in the area which are slightly more expensive and provide a drastically better experience - the best part about this kindercare are the opportunity for low ratio classes (cooking, music etc) -ratios FREQUENTLY exceed state mandated thresholds and the teachers (understandably) seem frazzled. - unless this is a short term thing until you figure out a better solution... OVERALL— I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. -our child was safe... the teachers were overwhelmed but nice to our kids... just wish they could have had more attention due to the ratio issues. We did really like one of the teachers... but that was about it.
