  Booked a tour online and received an email confirming the time and date. Went 10 minutes before my time and rang both bells three times during 20 minutes and nobody answered the door. I could see people at the end of the hallway but nobody helped. Not coming back, if something so simple can’t even be taken seriously…

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare. My son has had such an amazing experience here, and it truly feels bittersweet to say goodbye as he moves on to his next chapter. A special thank you to Miss Ariel and Ms Julie for making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Her kindness, patience, and dedication mean so much to our family. Every teacher has been incredibly caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in my son’s growth and happiness. Knowing he was in a safe, loving environment each day gave me such peace of mind. We are so grateful for all the memories, friendships, and learning experiences he has gained here. I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will be loved, cared for, and encouraged to thrive. Thank you all for everything you do!

  I love this daycare center . My daughter has been going here a little over a year and me and my husband love it here . We were really scared to start her in daycare but ever since she started she is always happy to go there. Her social skills has gotten a lot better , and overall she has improved overall. Anytime you have a question or concern it gets addressed immediately and I love the picture updates and overall the updates in my child which gives me a sense of security and safeness while my child is not with me . The teachers there are amazing Ms.Ariel, Ms.Savannah, and Ms. Gianna make me feel so comfortable and my daughter is comfortable with them as well . Ms.Savannah has also helped our daughter accomplish many milestones along with Ms.Ariel with her potty training . Overall they have been a huge improvement to my daughter and I truly appreciate and love them for everything they do for not only my daughter but the children at this center.

  My wife and I approached KinderCare when maternity leave was ending. I have a closing schedule and my wife banking schedule. We were upfront about the schedule and asked if this was something that they could work with. We were told yes that they could work with our schedule. After two weeks the daycare started demanding we drop off our child two hours sooner than the agreed time. Since this is our child we did not want to upset the people responsible for her safety. One week after that the daycare director AGAIN asked me to start dropping off our child two more hours earlier. One week after that they increased our charges due to “increase in hours” without warning without so much as a phone call or a hey by the way. It is not my responsibility to determine the services a business can or cannot provide this falls on the business owner or manager in this case. I was not going to write a review but I don’t want other parents to have to struggle to find child care.

  Im incredibly disappointed with this daycare. Im not a petty person you can check my other reviews i dont think ive left bad reviews ever but i think this needs to be known so you dont bring in your babies here. We had my 3 month daughter there for a little less than a month. From the start we had communicated with Ariel that my husband would be dropping off my baby usually at 12 pm they said that was okay. I let them know he also worked weird shifts and sometimes we would need her there 3 days sometimes 4 they said they would accommodate. We enrolled her and the second week we were told we need to bring her in at 11 since the babies had their nap around that time. We said we could do that. The next week we were told we actually needed to bring her in at 10 which we agreed to again because at the time we had no other option. The next week we needed her in 4 days instead of 3 i told them to just charge me extra they refused said we had only said 3 days so i had to take off work because they couldn't accommodate even though they had initially said they would work with us. Then they started charging us more and more because we were bringing her in earlier when ARIEL told us we needed to bring her in earlier. It was all way too much changing Ariel doesn't seem to know how her daycare works she could've told us from the start it wouldn't work out but of course they just wanted our money. Now they're charging us because we took her out of daycare and didnt let them know when theyre the ones that kept changing things up on us. There was a point too when i called for them to explain why i couldnt bring in my daughter a 4th day and Ariel was making one of the teacher talk to me instead of her. On top of that when i would pick up my daughter there were multiple times when her hair was covered in dried saliva from her drooling and just being left on the floor unattended. I know they wouldnt play with her and just pay attention to the older kids cause even the pictures they took she was always on the floor there was never any pictures taken when someone was holding her or playing with her. There were also multiple days were they wouldnt send any pictures to keep me updated. I would never have put my daughter in this daycare if i had known this is how they worked so hopefully i can save someone else the trouble of leaving their baby here.
